Excellent hotel with great service
The triple rooms have 3 single beds which are very comfy and the room is very spacious, with enough storage. As far as I can tell, the difference between the premier triple and the deluxe triple is that the former room is located higher up in the hotel, size wise they are all the same. The option to have 3 individual beds was the main reason we picked this hotel to fit our group. Room amenities were great, complimentary mini bar with drinks and snacks, which are topped-up each day. AC throughout the hotel and rooms were great, it was easy to forget how hot it was outside. Great balcony with good views. Large TV, with not the greatest selection of channels, but you can stream content from your phone. Rose lounge by the reception offers tea, coffee and light snacks. Chinese restaurant on the top floor is good. Tides restaurant is also good, offering both buffet and a la carte options. Good sized gym, with water and towels provided. Marino mall can be accessed straight from the hotel, which also has some food options and shops selling souvenirs and clothing. The complimentary tour was great and so was the beach lounge, with a shuttle bus running every hour during the day. Staff throughout the hotel were all excellent, very friendly and always ready to help. Overall this is an amazing hotel and I would highly recommend it.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience with Marino Beach.
I made a reservation through Booking.com, and money was deducted. However, the hotel told me they had no reservation under my name. I then requested cancellation, but I still have not received a refund.
How can a customer be charged for a booking that the hotel says does not exist, then be left without a refund? From my experience, the property has failed to take responsibility or resolve the issue.
This has completely damaged my trust in Marino Beach. Customers deserve clear answers, accountability, and a prompt refund when something goes wrong. Based on how my booking was handled, I cannot recommend this property.
