I felt comfortable and safe.
There was a staff member named Leon who could speak Japanese, and he was a great help during my stay. All of the hotel staff showed a high level of professionalism and always responded sincerely and kindly.
Thanks to their support, I was able to enjoy my stay with peace of mind. Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality.

The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and always happy to help, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had all the amenities we needed. The buffet was outstanding, with a great selection of delicious food each day. Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service
We had a wonderful stay at Mandarina Hotel. The hotel is clean, modern, and conveniently located. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist us. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the service throughout our visit was excellent. It offers good value for money, and we would happily recommend Mandarina Hotel to families, couples, and business travellers. We look forward to staying here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Mandarina Colombo. From check-in to check-out, everything was great. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Dilip, who was very helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
