Lovely stay, helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms.
We had a great experience at the Mandarina Colombo. The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and continued to be so helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are clean and spacious and I would happily return to Mandarina the next time I’m in Colombo.

1 10 “ Value for money, Outstanding Facilities Most helpful staff ” This is my third stay at this property it is worthy of being categorised as 5*. From the enteringbits doom Mr. Greeted me with utmost respect, and made me feel welcome. Offered welcome drink. Check was so smooth and seamless,. Reception staff most punctual and fast in their work. In particular the front desk manager, Mr Chathura remembered me from my previous stay. Upgraded my room without asking. Other staff all worthy of recognition for their exceptional service and skill. Zahra, Rustha, Rushani, Trojan, Zaid, and Lakinda are very well trained and smartly dressed along with wonderful communication skills. One person stand out for me is Mr Faizal, Housekeeping Manager, who went out of his way to help me with my needs along with his super team. I was impressed with Mr M Faizal multi- lingual skills. Thank you all and keep up the good work. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the public areas and rooms. Exceptionally well maintained. Choice of food at the rooftop restaurant along with the gym and swimming pool . What more one can as? I have no hesitation in recommending this Hitel to anyone. Most competitive price.
