It was a wonderful stay and the staff was really friendly and helpful. And Food was a 100/10 and the Super Deluxe Room was 1000/100. We really enjoyed our stay.
Lovely Stay at Colombo
We had a wonderful stay at Jetwing Colombo Seven, booking one of their super deluxe rooms. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and genuinely comfortable — a great mix of modern minimalist design with a warm, homely feel. Everything from the bedding to the little in-room touches made it easy to relax after a day out in the city.
The food was another highlight of the stay. Specifically, Raj was very helpful with everything. Whether it was a meal at the main restaurant or a drink up on the rooftop, the quality was consistently excellent, and the views over Colombo just added to the experience.
Overall, a fantastic base in the heart of Colombo — comfortable, well-located in Cinnamon Gardens, and a memorable dining experience to boot. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxury stay in the city
Dinner buffets
Had an enjoyable time with my friends. The hopper and roti spread along with all the curries were excellent. Raj and his team made our dinner outing very satisfying.
Excellent Dining Experience at Restaurant 57 Delicious Food, Great Atmosphere & Amazing Service
We came to Restaurant 57 at Jetwing Colombo Seven for dinner with my family on Hopper Night, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of freshly prepared hoppers and accompaniments.
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing family dinner. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout the evening.
A special thank you to Raj, who was incredibly dedicated, professional, and attentive. His outstanding service truly made our dining experience even more enjoyable.
We had a fantastic evening and would definitely recommend Restaurant 57 to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. We look forward to visiting again!
An Exceptional 8 night family stay at Jetwing Colombo Seven
Our family of four stayed at Jetwing Colombo Seven for 8 nights, booking two rooms, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after.
The hospitality of the entire team was outstanding, but we would especially like to thank Mr. Lakmal at the front desk. He was always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. No matter what we needed, he went out of his way to assist us with a smile. His warm attitude and excellent customer service made a real difference to our stay, and he is truly an asset to the hotel.
The food was another highlight. There was an excellent variety every day, and everything we tried was fresh, delicious, and well prepared. The breakfast buffet deserves a special mention—it was one of the best we’ve experienced, with a fantastic selection of both Sri Lankan and international dishes.
The hotel facilities were excellent, and our kids absolutely loved the swimming pool. They spent hours enjoying it every day, making it one of the highlights of our holiday.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, making our 8-night stay very relaxing. The hotel’s location was also convenient for exploring Colombo.
Thank you to everyone at Jetwing Colombo Seven for making our family vacation so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Colombo and will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.
