We had a wonderful stay at Hilton! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and homely. Special thanks to Aruna for the excellent service, smooth reservation handling, and great recommendations. The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious food, and breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended for families, business travelers, corporate customers, and friends. We look forward to visiting again!

Wonderful Stay at Hilton Colombo Residences
I had a very pleasant experience at Hilton Colombo Residences. The hotel offers a welcoming atmosphere, excellent hospitality, and a comfortable environment. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the overall experience enjoyable.I would also like to give special appreciation to Chanthuli at the reception for her friendly attitude, professionalism, and excellent customer service. She was welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even more pleasant.

From the moment we arrived until the time of our departure, our experience at Colombo Residence was nothing short of exceptional. The entire team was fantastic, delivering top-notch service across the board with genuine warmth, professionalism and attention to detail.
A special mention goes to Ravindra, our room attendant, who did an outstanding job ensuring our room was always spotless, comfortable and beautifully maintained throughout our stay. His dedication and attention to detail were truly appreciated.
We would also like to recognise Rachitha from Room Service, whose excellent service made our in-room dining experience even more enjoyable. He was attentive, courteous and always ensured that we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, and the overall in-room dining experience was wonderful.
What impressed us most was the genuine care shown by the staff, who consistently went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after.
Exceptional hospitality is not just about beautiful facilities, but about the people who make guests feel genuinely welcome, and Colombo Residence certainly has an amazing team!
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would happily return. Highly recommended!
3 bedroom suite
We stayed at 3 bedroom suite 3 nights with 6 friends and rooms ate super comfy and huge breakfast with nice buffet. Wonderful stay.
