Perfect Hotel
We stayed at The Hilton only for one night but that was a huge mistake because we should have stayed much longer.! The staff and the hotel are incredible We were checked in amongst all the contestants and delegates for Mrs Universe who were staying at the same time. Even though it was very busy, the staff did their upmost to make our check in fast and easy. We were also upgraded thanks to Baghya who kindly also organised access to the Executives Lounge. The exceptional service that Hoshi, Saran ahd Sachith gave us while we visited the lounge was unforgettable.
We were also allowed a late checkout due to our flight leaving at 12 midnight. This helped so much and gave us more freedom to relax longer by the pool and enjoy the Executive Lounge again. Big thanks to Harold and Anjali who checked us out so quickly.
The hotel breakfast had lots of variety and the gardens are amazing to look out onto while you dine.
The band played lots of good music which made sitting in the lounge areas lovely during the evening.
All in all I would highly recommend this hotel. When we travel back to the UK we will especially make sure we go with Sri Lanka Airways so we can use The Hilton in Colombo as a stop over. Will make a nice change from Dubai. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Executive lounge At Hilton Colombo
Had a wonderful experience at breakfast in the Executive lounge. Dinesh and his team Ochana , Chitma and Kiara went out of the to create a gourmet experience for us.
Sachit during the evening hours was very hospitable and really took good care of us.

My first-day experience here was certainly unforgettable… for all the wrong reasons 😂 Thankfully, Noah is the best staff member I’ve met here — someone who actually knows what good service looks like!
