Comfortable beds, beautiful hotel and affordable.
Quite ok
Ok, should advise customers in advance that you can’t put drinks and food on room account . Every other hotel did so we were taken by surprise.
Best hotel in Colombo
It was our anniversary trip and the stay was exceptional. Noah from the reservation was so attentive and made our stay even more memorable. Hotel staffs curate your every need perfectly and we recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Colombo. Chicken kottu we dined in room was out of this world. We absolutely have nothing bad to stay about our stay. Leaving so satisfied and grateful.

Thank you very much Miss Charindi Karunathilake (merci beaucoup) and the entire team of the reception of the Hilton Colombo for the very warm welcome and perfect organization and excellent guidance upon arrival and great hospitality during my recent the visit … really appreciated your professional and warm attitude and upgraded room (renovated modern stylish interior of the room and entire hotel facilities) … also the bar and cafe staff at the ground floor were amazing and the Cauliflower Nasi Goreng was deliciously .... will be back soon ...
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay – We Can’t Wait to Return!
After nearly 24 hours of traveling from Canada with our two young children, arriving at the Hilton Colombo was exactly what we needed. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt welcomed and cared for.
The rooms are beautiful—modern, recently renovated, spotlessly clean, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. After such a long journey, it was the perfect place to rest and recharge.
What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the service. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, but a very special thank you goes to Chamith, who went so far above and beyond that he made our stay unforgettable.
When he learned that our daughter would be turning three during our trip, he and his team surprised us by decorating our room and arranging a beautiful birthday cake for her—even though we wouldn’t actually be staying at the hotel on her birthday. It was such an incredibly thoughtful gesture that meant so much to our family. Traveling with young children can be exhausting, and the kindness and hospitality we experienced made us feel completely at home.
We had originally only planned to stay here for our first few nights in Sri Lanka before moving elsewhere, but after this experience, we’ve already changed our plans. We’ll definitely be returning before we fly home, and we’ll also be bringing our extended family to experience the Hilton Colombo.
Thank you to Chamith and the entire team for making our first days in Sri Lanka so memorable. Your hospitality exceeded every expectation, and we can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.
