Exceptional Service During a Difficult Time
I had a wonderful experience at Granbell Hotel Colombo, and what truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service.
I had a medical emergency and needed to change my booking dates. Unfortunately, it wasn’t possible to do so through Booking.com, but the Front Office Supervisor, Mihiranga, went above and beyond to help me. He kindly cancelled my original booking free of charge, rebooked me for one night, and didn’t charge me any extra. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help during a stressful situation meant so much to me, and I’m incredibly grateful.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with a lovely atmosphere, and every staff member I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. Their genuine hospitality made me feel well taken care of from the moment I arrived.
A heartfelt thank you to Mihiranga and the entire team. I highly recommend Granbell Hotel Colombo and would happily stay here again!

We had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Dilshan, Dhannshha, and Ranil. They made us feel very welcome and provided excellent service. Highly recommended!
Wonderful Experience with Extremely Polite Staff!
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was good, and the overall service was consistently solid throughout my visit. The reception staff provided good service and were very polite in their behavior. I would especially like to commend Gobi. His behavior was exceptionally polite, nice, and incredibly helpful, which made my stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended!

I have been at grand bel many occasions where I was most welcome at the bar rooftop, friendly staff every time I have been there I felt the love and respect and caring !! I love the atmosphere live music ! I must let you know the the person I always like to get served by Panchala most friendly who knows the service means all above and mor !! Never left disappointed! Thank you Panchala for making our nights memorable 🙏🏽
