Absolutely loved my stay here! The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and welcoming throughout my visit. A special shout-out to Kaushalya, who went above and beyond and took the initiative to arrange an early check-in for me. Kudos to her! The infinity pool was fantastic, and the sea-view room was absolutely beautiful—the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!
Super restaurant and server
The restaurant was great. The food was tasty and full of flavors. We were lucky to be served by Sulakshana, a very kind and attentive gentleman who made us feel very welcome.

So-so Experience
Granbell Hotel Colombo offers a mixed experience overall. While the rooms feel a bit dated and the shower design leaves much to be desired—resulting in a wet and sticky bathroom floor—the standout feature of this hotel is the Minori Japanese Restaurant. The food there is excellent, complemented by a friendly and professional staff like Malshan that enhances the dining experience. The breakfast spread could use improvement, but if you're looking for a quality meal, Minori is worth the visit.
