Wonderful stay and people
Our Stay was wonderful in galleface hotel, Ivoni S. From Guest Relations team was so helpful and polite.She explained about the hotel History and All details. Also Ivoni kindly advised about around the hotel. Breakfast was so delicious. the staff was very attentive. Restaurant team, Manager Nalin,Shayani,Krishma, Dimasha,Biguni thank you for your kind service Also The Concierge desk Bandara was very friendly and helpful.always Bandara helped us as kindly manner We truly enjoyed our stay.

We felt incredibly well looked after during a two night stay at the Galle Face Hotel last week. When checking in we had a wonderful conversation with one of the team on reception about a range of things. The following day, we returned to our room to discover a cake had been delivered, decorated to reflect the things we had discussed the previous day! Huge thanks to Ms Darshi Peiris for making us feel looked after as individuals rather than just a generic guest. We will be back!

Gorgeous, fun and comfortable
Gorgeous and unique hotel! My room was very comfortable and had a fantastic view of the ocean. Breakfast was excellent and the pool facilities and pool-side bar/restaurant were wonderful. All the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

We had an excellent experience at Galle Face Hotel during our vacation in Sri Lanka. From the moment we arrived, we enjoyed phenomenal hospitality, a beautiful atmosphere, and warm service throughout our visit. Special thanks to Belinda, Sazni & Tharuka from the Front Office team for ensuring a smooth check-in and assisting us warmly to our room. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made our stay even more memorable. A truly wonderful place with exceptional hospitality. We look forward to visiting again!
One of the great hotels.
We had a wonderful 2 night stay in one of the suite rooms. The room was amazing with great facilities and comfortable bed and huge balcony overlooking the green. The breakfast buffets were great and we ate in the amazing travellers bar which has a series of cocktails named after famous past guests. The food was good and eclectic. The staff were very eager to help us. My son enjoyed the lovely pool in particular.
