I went to galle face with my friends to had some fun to king of the mambo .woow amazing place. Thank you thilakshani for the serves. And the foods are amazing bar bites are so good .thank you everyone for the hospitality
One of the 1000 places everyone should visit
Oceanfront. Storms at sea are no problem, as the hotel has its own seawater pool. My wife and I are vegetarians, and we had an incredibly wide selection of breakfasts. This is very important and pleasant. The staff is amazing with their responsiveness and friendliness. Everyone here wants to help us.
Dirty, tired but breakfast was ok.
The hotel is very tired. We paid for a sea view and it was not double glazed, was dirty, unclean and overpriced.
The beachfront is rocky, dangerous and not a swimming area.
The only decent elements were the breakfast and the salt water pool.
If I stayed again it would have to be in an upgrade.
Beautiful room with the balcony
I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The room was comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. I also had a wonderful history tour with Iresha, which made my visit even more memorable. A heartfelt thank you to Iresha and Melissa for excellent hospitality and outstanding service.
The only hotel in Colombo worth coming back to!
Galle Face Hotel was our first destination upon my return to Sri Lanka, and it could not have been a better choice. My fiancée and I had an exceptional three-night stay.
The food and beverages were outstanding, with the breakfast buffet deserving special praise. Our Guest Relations Officer, Dinushi, looked after us from the moment we checked in, and Manoj, the doorman, welcomed us with genuine warmth and kindness.
From watching the Malay uncle chase away the crows to enjoying cocktails at Fire Beach, every moment added to a memorable experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.
