In general staff are very friendly and courteous. We enjoyed the stay and we recommend this hotel.
I am highly impressed with the way Malshan did the room tidying and cleaning. I strongly recommend him for permanent position.

But our room #2205 AC wasn't working..so very uncomfortable through the night.
