Cinnamon Bey Cricket Tour visit
The hotel was amazing with lots of activities and great food. I came for a ceicket tour with my school and of the three hotels we visited Cinnamon Bey was my personal favourite. Special thanks to our room server Dimath he was very kind
Cinnamon Bey Beruwala - a relaxing and educational week.
We’ve had a wonderful week at Cinnamon Bey Hotel, and appreciate greatly the kindness that all members of the hotel team have shown us.
In particular, Pasindu, Chamath and Malaka - the manager, have taken great care in getting to know our needs as guests and checking that we are being looked after.
The bell staff at the front desk have been very helpful and we have got to know many local drivers who have guided us around the area, visiting Kande Vihara Temple, Galle Fort, a local sea turtle project, the Tsunami Education Museum, and the Beruwala Lighthouse.
My husband and I visited the Svastha Serene Spa the day before leaving Cinnamon Bey Hotel, to travel to the Maldives, and found our massage experiences most rejuvenating.
I’m hoping to bring our sons and their partners back next year and would recommend Cinnamon Bey Hotel, and this area of Sri Lanka to all.

Excellent stay!
We had a fantastic stay at Cinnamon Bey Beruwala. The hotel is beautifully designed with a stunning beachfront location, spacious rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind.
The food was excellent with a wide variety at every meal, and the quality was consistently impressive. The pools, beach, and overall facilities were very well maintained, making it a great place for both families and couples.
What really stood out was the hospitality. Every member of the staff was warm, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.
Overall, Cinnamon Bey Beruwala exceeded our expectations and offered great value for a relaxing beach holiday. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sri Lanka.

Stay was OK. Room for lot of improvement. Services can be better. Vegetarian food was of low quality
Exceptional hospitality
We recently stayed at Cinnamon Bey for 3 nights, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.
We booked a Pool Terrace Room, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax throughout our stay.
What truly sets Cinnamon Bey apart is its people. Every member of the staff we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
A special mention goes to Dinesh, the always-smiling F&B Manager, who was exceptional. He was attentive, approachable, and made sure all our requests were attended to promptly. His professionalism and genuine care added so much to our overall experience.
I would also like to sincerely thank the entire security team. During our stay, I experienced an unexpected problem with my car, and they immediately stepped in to help. They went above and beyond to get my car working again so we could continue our journey without any issues. They didn’t have to do that, but they did it with a smile and a willingness to help. It’s this kind of genuine care that leaves a lasting impression, and I am truly grateful for their kindness.
The food was excellent, with a well-balanced selection and plenty of variety to suit different tastes. Every meal was enjoyable, and there was always something for everyone.
For families travelling with children, this resort is an excellent choice. The kids’ club runs several activities and programs throughout the day, giving children a great time while parents can relax.
Looking back on our stay, I genuinely cannot think of anything to complain about. Cinnamon Bey exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway with outstanding hospitality. We will certainly be back.
