A Truly Memorable Experience
We stayed at Sheraton Kosgoda for 10 days, and it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel is spotless, beautifully maintained, and every area reflects the high standards of the property.
What truly made our stay special was the staff. Every single team member was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. They always went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and valued.
A special mention goes to the Food & Beverage team and the S Kitchen restaurant. The food was outstanding, with a great variety and excellent quality every day. The service exceeded all expectations. Even during the busiest meal times, the staff remained professional, efficient, and friendly, ensuring everything ran smoothly without long waits.
We were especially impressed by the wonderful team members who made every meal even more enjoyable. Ms. Prarthana is the most smiling and warm hostess we have ever met—her positive energy and genuine hospitality made us feel welcome every single day. Mr. Rasika was also incredibly helpful, always attentive, professional, and ready to assist with anything we needed.
Thank you to the entire Sheraton Kosgoda team for making our holiday so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to return!

Best escape for Family in Sri Lanka
Yasasi and her team including Sathya and Sandun were super amazing. We received a traditional welcome and the check in was done whilst we enjoyed welcome drinks.
But the best was the view and the access to the private beach with the resort. 10/10 for the facility, the staff and the food & service.

Our stay at Sheraton Turtle Beach Resort, Kosgoda was truly exceptional. While the beautiful beachfront location and luxurious surroundings were unforgettable, it was the people who made our experience so special.
A heartfelt thank you to Nimesha for the thoughtful surprise of arranging a cake to celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. A special thank you to Chef Chaminda, Head Chef of Sri Lankan Cuisine, for going above and beyond to prepare authentic Sri Lankan dishes with such passion and care. Thank you also to Chef Wasantha for the wonderful culinary experience.
We are deeply grateful to Kaveesha, Raveen, Kushan, Anuhas, and Anjula from the service team. Your kindness, professionalism, and genuine smiles made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay.

We had the most wonderful stay at Sheraton Hotel Bentota, Sri Lanka. From the moment we arrived, my husband and I were welcomed with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality. The beautiful beachfront location, comfortable rooms, delicious food, and attentive service made our babymoon truly unforgettable.

The room decoration was absolutely stunning, thoughtfully designed with so much care and attention to detail.
