Beach Holiday
This is our 4th time staying at this hotel! It’s the perfect spot for a recharge and quiet family time. The food is outstanding and the staff are even better. Always so friendly and accomodating. My favourite daily activity is the water aerobics class with Gayan- he makes it really fun for everyone. He can also accommodate to doing a yoga class or PT. It makes it very easy to stay fit on our holiday!

Exceptional Hospitality
We had a wonderful seven-day stay at Sheraton Kosgoda Turtle Beach Resort, and one of the biggest highlights was the exceptional hospitality at S Kitchen.
A special thank you to Kaveesh, Kaveesha, Anuhas, Amanda, Anju, Githara, Sandeepa, Kaviskaa, Kavindu, Prarthana and Resheena. Every one of them was attentive, professional, approachable and always greeted us with a genuine smile.
We are especially grateful to Chef Sufiyan, Chef Amzad and Chef Chathushka, who went out of their way throughout our stay to prepare meals according to our baby’s specific dietary requirements. Their care and willingness to accommodate our requests meant a lot to us.
Mr. Adrian, the restaurant manager, made our final evening extra special with a lovely farewell surprise, while Sathya, our host, and her colleagues surprised me with a birthday celebration on September 15. Both gestures were incredibly thoughtful and became some of our favorite memories from the trip.
The warmth and genuine hospitality of this team turned a great holiday into a memorable one. I sincerely hope the management recognizes these wonderful staff members for the effort and care they put into creating exceptional guest experiences.
We will definitely look forward to returning to Sheraton Kosgoda Turtle Beach!
Great Stay at Sheraton Kosgoda Turtle Beach Resort
Excellent service from all the staff at the Sheraton Kosgoda Turtle Beach Resort. From a smooth late night check-in, to the welcome drinks the next day, every member of staff made our stay a memorable one. A particular shoutout to the staff at Olive Restaurant; the food and service were amazing. Thank you Hashan, Sumudani, Kavish and Kasun!! We'll be back just for your food. Not to mention the staff at S Kitchen who always served with a smile! A special thank you to Kushan for the delicious Sri Lankan tea :) Housekeeping deserves their own shoutout for the cleanliness of the rooms and their creativity with towel animals!

Very well spent holiday
This is one of the superb stays I have ever experienced. Also te quickest check-in I have ever experienced during my travel journey so far. Kudos for Dilshan in front office for that.
Started from the lunch. I must say that the Buffet was very rich and flavorful. This applies to the Dinner and Breakfast as well. 10/10 buffet I must say. The restaurant staff is very attentive and managed the heavy crowd on that day. The hotel was almost fully booked.
We and kids really enjoyed the huge pool area and beach also easily accessible. The gardon and surrounding areas were nicely maintained.
Rooms were super nice and we got upgraded to sea view rooms. All A-Z facilities were available and the cozy luxurious vibe is admirable.
Would like to convey my special thanks to Mr. Thimathi for all the arrangements and fulfilling all our requests. This resort comes with my heartfelt recommendation.
