Sathya made the perfect stay!
My experience at the Sheraton Kosgoda was absolutely exceptional, and Sathya deserves special recognition for making our stay so memorable. She was my designated employee contact and went far above and beyond every expectation.
We were celebrating my wife’s 30th birthday, and Sathya was incredibly thoughtful and helpful throughout our stay. She was able to arrange an upgrade for us, and despite being a Marriott Gold Elite member, I genuinely felt like I was being treated as a Platinum Elite guest.
The level of hospitality, attention to detail, and personal care we received was outstanding. Sathya made us feel genuinely valued and welcomed throughout our stay.
This was, by far, the best Marriott experience I’ve ever had. I would absolutely return to the Sheraton Kosgoda and highly recommend it, especially because of the exceptional service from Sathya and the team.

My 2nd trip to again Kosgoda turtle beach resort this time I was stay with my friends ocean view plunge pool with excellent room presentation with great Sri Lankan kokkis and wonderful cake with fresh fruit plate Well arrangements for our stay at one night to both rooms excellent service to us all the credit goes to miss Sathya Sewmini such a lovely person she is very kind and she's doing great job unforgettable person

Dream Stay at Sheraton Kosgoda Turtle Beach Resort – Absolutely Perfect!
Our stay at Sheraton Kosgoda was simply perfect from the very first minute to the last. We received an incredibly warm welcome and felt instantly comfortable and truly at home. The overall atmosphere throughout the hotel is absolutely lovely.
Highlights of our stay:
• Prime Location & Excursions: A sea turtle hatchery is located right nearby, which was a wonderful experience. The hotel is also an ideal starting point for planning numerous day trips around the region. • Top-Notch Spa: The Spa Center is fantastic. The massages were extremely professional, relaxing, and truly high quality—pure bliss! • Outstanding Service: Every single staff member is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always eager to ensure guests have the best experience possible. • Special Touch: As a lovely gesture, the Guest Relation Team treated us to a complimentary High Tea—a wonderful surprise that made our stay even more memorable!
A huge thank you to the entire team for this unforgettable time. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
