I’d avoid this hotel if possible. I didn’t have the luxury as we went on a G adventures tour. Don’t be fooled by the nice pool and decor. The hotel will nickel and dime you for random fees without telling you in advance, and room conditions aren’t great. Found a pubic hair in my bed when I pulled back the sheets on the first night. Lost a key during the visit and was told it was 500 rupees at checkout. If they had told me about the cost ahead of time, I would have gone back to retrieve the key, but I didn’t think it was a big deal given it was a typical plastic key card. Breakfast service is mixed. The one gentleman by the buffet is incredibly helpful, and the only bright spot within the hotel. The rest of the staff will take your order and either completely forget to make it or will say that they’re going to deliver it and never follow through (omelette station and coffee order).
Overall Experience/Satisfaction. Our stay was excellent The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the whole experience felt ...front desk staff Ayushma so kind and helpful we will definitely visit next season thank you 🙏
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—right on the beach, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the views every day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.
One of the highlights was how welcome we felt from the moment we arrived. Not only did the hotel team create a warm atmosphere, but we were also invited by locals at the hotel to join in their New Year celebrations, which made the experience even more special and memorable.
Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-located place to stay.
Excellent place - very good value and excellent staff Slightly run down but did not detract from overall enjoyment - good pools and location straight onto beach -
Decent rooms with good view of the beach. Though we had bad experience with the dinner buffet with empty dishes within the first hour and very little service.
