Great Service at the Buffet Restaurant
We were stayed at Hikka Tranz by cinnamon for two nights and stay was great. Delicious food, freindly staff. Highly recommended for the vacations. Special thanks to Thamasha, salley and vihanga for great service.

An Excellent Couples Retreat
My partner and I had an excellent overall stay at Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon during our couples trip. We traveled in July 2026 and found the service to be absolutely top-notch. The rooms were incredible for a truly restful vacation. While the location and overall value were very good, it was the outstanding hospitality that really made this a five-star experience. I highly recommend this property for couples!

Staff and food
It was not a very pleasant trip as I have mentioned in my 1st review, but I should mention about Joshua from Front Office who supported us and helped us and made us having a memorable trip in this property. He was so generous and very supportive and he takes effort to make every guest comfortable. When I experienced something bad with the room, I was not satisfied with the Guest Service Manager Yvonne’s behavior or attitude, I’m a local, I figured out she treats us really differently. But Joshua made us forget about her by giving us good service and speaking to his boss regarding the issues and arrangements. Good food and good staff will always make us come back.
