An excellent location with Fantastic people on the down south costal belt. Highly recommend with a very homey and friendly atmosphere. Rooms are well kept and spacious. Definitely a place i will keep coming back to.

How can I describe something so beautiful with the staff's warmth, friendliness and hospitality bestowed on my family and myself.

We are back home again since 23 July after having spent 14 whole days at this beautiful hotel and it's beautiful staff. Our stay was nothing more than exceptional and what made it like that was really the full experience of care, warmth, smiling faces, help, humblemess of the staff. Of course needless to say, the hotel and the facilities were outstanding. We had half-board and the food was exquisite the desserts and cakes were art work, you could see that much love and attention was put into the food and dessert. That all with the excellent staff in the restaurant, the poolbar, the reception, the Call desk, the massage, the security people, the lovely house keeping staff with Dinesh turning towels in beautiful art works and cleaning the room spotless.

If there was anything missing just a short call to the reception would do, and within a few minutes someone would come up to our room and provide us with all we wished for.

Never ever have we stayed in such a fabulous hotel, place and country. My daughter called it her most favourite holiday destination and she has been to many places since we love to travel. It's my favourite destination as well.

I also would like to thank the management who I encountered on several occasions and who also always asked if all was good or if we had any questions or needed support. Really, this is what I call "Customer Satisfaction Number 1". So totally customer oriented in everything.

I still have contact with some of the staff and still all treat me with the same respect and kindness as onsite at the hotel.

Please forgive me if there are names above which aren't spelled correctly.

The hotel really is centrally located lots of small shops, restaurants, ayurvedic treatment, ATM in walking distance. I have even fed a beautiful big turtle at the beach which is right in front of the hotel's beautiful garden with many sunbeds and complimentary towels. There is a very big and beautiful pool and a shallow one for children.

Every evening you experience a spectacular birds' show at around 05:30 pm and early morning at around 05:30 am. I had never experienced this. Once again it shoes, that we learn something new everyday.

I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel with its great staff. Very good value for money. I loved to sit on the sun-beds or at the restaurant near the seaside. Nothing beats the sound of the sea abd waves. Very relaxing. The rooms are tidy and very spacious. There is a fridge and safety box in the room. All amenities are there.
