Amazing experience
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Crystal Sands! The location was perfect, with breathtaking views that made the whole experience feel truly special. The staff were exceptional, warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Sachini, Buddhini, Shammi, Prabath, and Shenura for going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of!
The food was also very good, and everything came together perfectly to create a peaceful and relaxing getaway. We genuinely felt able to unwind and enjoy every moment.
Overall, it was an absolute 5 star experience. Highly recommended, and we would love to come back again! ❤️
Experience in crystal sands
This was our second visit to Crystal Sands, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. The service was superb, and all the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
A special thank you to Deepani and Sachini, who went above and beyond to assist us and made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. We truly appreciate their warm hospitality and excellent service.

Crystal Sands
We had an awesome 3 night stay at the sands suite. Our entire stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Sachini & Chatuka at the front office efficiently checked us in, in no time. Housekeeping was excellent and the food at the restaurant was great with a huge variety. We enjoyed a lovely sushi dinner on one of the nights. The highlight of our stay was the brilliant view of the sea and the sunsets from our suite bolcony. The plunge pool was very relaxing. All in all we had a superb stay at Crystal Sands. Our stay at Crystal Sands was absolutely wonderful! What truly stood out was the exceptional service from every single member of the team. From the moment we arrived until we left, everyone was incredibly professional, friendly, welcoming, and attentive.
The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and has the perfect balance of luxury and relaxation. Everything was so well maintained, and the stunning surroundings made it easy to unwind and enjoy our time in Sri Lanka. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip.
A special mention to the housekeeping team — Pathum, Nimesh, and Prabath — who did an amazing job. Our room was always spotless, perfectly organised, and beautifully maintained. Their attention to detail and dedication truly stood out.
The restaurant team was equally wonderful, especially Yasith, who always made sure we were well taken care of. His warm and genuine service made every dining experience even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely amazing, and enjoying every meal with such a beautiful view made it even more special.

Excellent stay
Beautiful hotel with excellent service. Food was great as well and I had such a good experience. Would highly recommend. The staff go out of their way to ensure you have a good time!
