Amazing, quiet and lovely stay for a couple.
The stay was amazing and peaceful. We were in the palm suites and the view was amazing and the plunge pool was my favourite place. Lovely staff, especially F&B, kitchen teams who accommodated my multitude of allergies, carefully handled my food with care. Will definetly be returning to the establishment and a 5 star review from me.
Memorable stay
We had a truly pleasant and memorable stay at Crystal Sands. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the amazing view made our experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, with a great selection throughout our stay. What really stood out, was the staff. They are undoubtedly the hotel’s greatest asset. Every member of the team provided the same high standard of hospitality.They were attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. We particularly appreciated how accommodating they were with our baby. Whenever we requested it, they kindly prepared baby food for us, which made travelling with our little one so much easier. We had a wonderful experience at Crystal Sands and would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation, delicious food, and exceptional hospitality. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special!
A Perfect Anniversary Getaway!
My wife and I recently chose Hotel Crystal Sands to celebrate our anniversary, and it was a truly unforgettable experience. The location is absolutely perfect, offering a beautifully relaxing and romantic atmosphere that was exactly what we needed for our special milestone. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease.
We stayed in the Sands Suite, and the accommodations exceeded all our expectations. The absolute highlight was the breathtaking sea view from above waking up to that scenery made our celebration feel incredibly special. The villa itself was exceptionally well-designed and soundproof, creating a peaceful and private oasis with zero outside noise. It was also immaculately clean, making it clear that their housekeeping and inspection teams take great pride in their work. One of our favorite touches was the modern room amenities; the suite was Alexa-enabled, which allowed us to easily play our favorite Spotify playlists and set the perfect mood for our anniversary.
What truly tied the whole experience together was the exceptional value and top-notch service. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely kind and eager to help. I want to give a very special shoutout to the front desk team Buddini, Deepani, Sachini, and also Shalika. Their warmth, professionalism, and dedication set a welcoming tone for our entire stay. For the level of luxury, comfort, and service provided, the value is absolutely outstanding. We highly recommend Crystal Sands for anyone looking for a flawless getaway, and we can’t wait to return!

Wonderful stay at crystal sands.
The place was fantastic. Right by the ocean and the rooms were clean and immaculately kept. Food is delicious. Staff is very friend and helpful. Special mention to Buddhini and Sachini at the front desk who were very helpful.
The rooms are modern, beautifully designed,and very clean.
Highly recommended this place to any one looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. A special thank you to buddini & shammi and the entire staff for their hospitality and top notch service throughout our visit,
