Exceed The Expectations
We had a truly wonderful and memorable stay, and we are extremely happy with the overall experience. From the moment we arrived, we received an excellent and warm welcome from Ashan, who made us feel comfortable, valued, and genuinely cared for. Throughout our stay, he regularly checked on us to make sure everything was going well and that we were comfortable and enjoying our time. His kindness, attention, and hospitality made a big difference.
We would also like to give special appreciation to Kanishka from the dining team, who provided us with wonderful service throughout our meals. The service was attentive, friendly, and professional, making every dining experience even more enjoyable.
The entire team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their positive attitude and genuine care for guests created such a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. It is clear that the staff truly value their guests and take pride in providing excellent hospitality.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and happily enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great hospitality, friendly staff, comfortable surroundings, and excellent service. We will certainly be happy to return again in the future!

Beachside luxury!
A slice of Sri Lankan luxury right by the beach, with delicious food, a great swimming pool and very attentive, kind staff.
We stayed for 2 nights at the end of our family holiday in Sri Lanka and very much enjoyed our time here. We were lucky to have booked a stay over the weekend so were treated to a fabulous display of traditional drumming and dancing in the evening.
The meals provided by the hotel were also delicious, with a great selection of Sri Lankan, Indian, Chinese and Western cuisine. The stewards were all great, particularly Nuwan, Dilshan and Navodya.
Similarly, we are very appreciative of the hospitality provided by the front desk staff. After I stubbed my toe in the pool by accident, they ensured that I got excellent first aid and checked in afterwards to ensure that I was well. This was excellent service! Finally, when was time to leave, Hasitha ensured that my bill was accurate - which included adding some extra discounts for food that had been missed when we had the meals.
This was our second stay at the Radisson in Galle, and it was even better than the first time. We will definitely be back.

Great Staff & Excellent Service!
I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The service was excellent, and everything was well taken care of.
I would especially like to thank Malki, the Housekeeping Supervisor, for everything she did during my stay. She was very kind, helpful, and attentive, and made sure everything was clean and comfortable.
Thank you, Malki, and the entire team for the great service and hospitality. I truly appreciate your efforts and would definitely recommend this place!

We had a great experience at The Radisson Blu. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The shower pressure was strong and rewarding. Prasad and all the restaurant staff were excellent. Top notch !
