Over priced and dirty bathrooms
It’s in a great location and the pool is lovely, with rooms with a views over the beach but this is so far from 5 star.
Bathrooms have mould, pillows smell, balcony windows have handprints everywhere like it’s a Hollywood murder scene. And the fabric headboard is so dirty I think I’m gonna sleep top to tail tonight.
The staff are lovely but service is woeful. Several requests for clean towels unanswered and I’m still waiting for a corkscrew from my first night.
Wouldn’t mind so much if it was 3 star prices but it’s the most expensive hotel of my trip. Terrible value.

Curtains have holes. Not a 5 star hotel
The reception area looked great. Staff were very friendly. However the rooms were very tired . Our curtains had holes. The bathroom tap and the balcony door were broken. They did send someone to fix it soon which is great but it ruined our holiday experience. As you would expect they would have checked the rooms. This is not a five star experience definitely. It was busy as well . If you can afford, pay little bit more and stay in the light house hotel. We paid for 2 nights and checked out after one night.

Had a wonderful stay
at raddison blu Place is so beautiful, and check in and check out was very easy, reception staff is polite and helpful, and housekeeping staff specially Thathsara and other housekeeping staff very kind and helpful, overview rooms and other facility is perfect, thanks to everyone.
