A happy family vacation
All-inclusive service is fantastic; rooms were clean and properly maintained. Food is good but could have made more water available at the room. Few minor points are the floor is slippery, mainly due to the nature of the tiles, and at the entrance to the lobby the person handling traffic was rude to us on departure and asked to park the vehicle at a distance and carry our baggage, which we did not obliged to. Guests should be treated respectively throughout their stay and not only at the arrival. The kids pool got little delayed to start but was closed before the scheduled closing time. It would be good if a pool attendant is there at the kid's pool, because parents can only instruct their own children, not others, and sometimes some kids misbehave.

Hotel Review – Disappointing Stay
Hotel Review – Disappointing Stay Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was not as comfortable or satisfactory as I expected. There were several issues with the room facilities, maintenance, and service. Room view: The room had no proper or attractive view. From the balcony/window, the view was mainly of nearby buildings, trees, and surrounding areas rather than the pleasant view I expected from a hotel. Basic amenities: Slippers, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not provided in the room. These are basic amenities that guests normally expect. Wet floor
All inclusive and great to relax!
The hotel staff was very polite and very accommodating. The food and cocktails was very good as well. As always, loved the options in the buffet spread
Best stay
The stay was memorable, the staff was friendly especially Rukshan & Anuruddhika from reception and Sara in restaurant are asset to the place. Totally loved the place and amenities. Wish we had more egg and vegetarian options.
