Lovely family hotel on the beach front at Grand Anse on Praslin. Great sea view from upstairs rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff headed by Natasha who will give you a real Seychelles welcome. Pretty swimming pool for the kids and lovely beach front garden area for lounging. Rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. Breakfasts are large and healthy and the hotel restaurant does lovely creole and international food at reasonable prices in the evening. We thoroughly recommend this lovely hotel!
We arrived on an early flight from Mahe and Natasha had kindly organised a airport transfer with great guy called Emmanuel . We were greeted with a fruit juice and friendly member of staff when we arrived at Palm Beach. They kindly allowed us to relax by the pool until we could access our room. We had a ground floor room with verandah doors to the pool. Very comfortable bed and good air conditioning but the room was tired and the bathroom really required updating especially its plumbing !! We ate in the restaurant on the first night but it was expensive and mediocre. The breakfast was okay but limited. The hotel reception organised for Emmanuel to take us out for a day trip which brilliant and Emmanuel was very obliging dropping us off and meeting us again as and when required. In the other evenings we walked into Grande Anse and would highly recommend the Reggae Bar for great local food especially the Friday night BBQ and live band.
It was overall an amazing experience. Quaint, homely and comfortable and the staff are extremely supportive, especially Jabed. The village down the road has affordable supermarkets and take-away food joints. The Zilwa Reggae Bar comes highly recommended.
Amazing place and services ! The sunset in front of the hotel is awesome Beautiful beach The hotel is so cute, clean and typical Nice swimming pool and good restaurent. Birds and cats are so beautiful here Many Thanks to Jabed !! See you soon in Praslin
We stayed in this property from 31st May to 4 June as a family. We did not have a great experience because of below reasons. 1. Breakfast is limited, not much options. 2. The rooms including bathroom don't have a latch for closing. When we asked, they said Europeans do not expect that..But what about other community who do not expect that. 3. The hostess and few other staff did not help us with itineray or agents whom we can approach for boat excursions. Inspite of waiting for more than 1 hour in the lobby no one approached. Very bad hospitality. They are not concerned. 4. Beach is not clean.
