Le Duc de Praslin

Wonderful Location, excellent Souvenirshop, great F&B offer, service leaves A LOT of room for improvement in the higher ranks. we called at 11:45 to order a fruit platter for 6 people, and were told, that the kitchen would open only at 12:00. When we arrived at 11:50 we ordered again, and when we had to leave at 12:40 we still did not get it. The drink service was slow, and I asked to talk to the F&B Manager, he did never come. Later I found out, he did, but he never introduced himself and asked to talk to me. the waiters were nice, but what could they do? Being charged service charge of ten percent for a pack of cigarettes stopped me from tipping though we ran up a proper bill. It seems, nonody really cares (but the waiters) and wanted to care. I used to love this place and sent many of my clients her to use it as a hotel, but do not really feel I want to continue. As Managment did not want to talk to me there, maybe they listen to this. PS: when the fruit platter arrived, it was excellent… but being rushed was a turnoff.

Found this lovely bar on our walk and it's one of the few places that serves beer on draft. Voraj was very friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We didn't stay here but wish we had as the hotel is beautiful.

They offered special options, constantly checked whether we were happy with our meals, and made absolutely sure we never felt limited in our choices.

We have traveled to many places around the world, and never before have we experienced such genuine care, consideration, and dedication to making sure we had everything we could possibly want to eat! It was truly remarkable.

The hotel facilities are also of the highest standard. Everything is beautifully designed, meticulously maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. In the evenings, the atmosphere becomes even more magical, with fantastic beach parties, great music, and a wonderful tropical vibe.

The rooms are absolutely spotless, beautifully maintained, and cleaned to perfection. The attention to detail is evident everywhere.

But above all, what makes this hotel truly special is its people. A team that welcomes you with genuine warmth, kindness, generosity, and a sincere desire to make your vacation unforgettable.
