Shaker’s hospitality and the genuine smile that never left his face truly made a difference to our experience at Avani+.
What made it even more memorable was how he surprised me by using a few Arabic words and phrases that I honestly didn’t expect him to know! It was such a lovely surprise and made our interactions even more enjoyable.
His warm personality and great hospitality really added something special to our stay. I’ll definitely be coming back to Avani+ more than once. Thank you, Shaker, for making our experience such a memorable one!

We would especially like to thank Joseph, the bartender at the hotel, who was absolutely wonderful throughout our stay.
He was always incredibly kind, attentive and genuinely caring. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well looked after. Every time we saw him, he welcomed us with a big smile and the same amazing positive energy. His kindness and good mood never changed, and it truly made a difference during our stay.
Joseph is the kind of person who makes you feel welcome from the very first moment. His warmth, professionalism and wonderful personality made our experience at the hotel even more special.
A huge thank you to Joseph for taking such good care of us. We will definitely remember his kindness and hope to see him again one day! 😄

Strong smell of mould ruins otherwise a 10/10 experience.
Perfect location, fantastic facilities, staff were super friendly and helpful, food was delicious and of great variety. The issue for us was the strong smell of mould in the room, which made sleeping next to impossible. Staff were lovely and moved us to another room, but the problem persisted. If the smell is dealt with, this would be a 10 out of 10 resort.
Amazing resort 😍
The hotel is beautiful, located right by the ocean, and offers a fantastic atmosphere. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and professional throughout my visit. I really enjoyed dining at Pti Bazar restaurant and relaxing at Barbarons Bar, which features talented and professional bartenders. A special mention must go to Shaker from the night shift—he was fast, highly efficient, and hadg impressive knowledge of the food and beverage options. He served my meals and beer with a warm, cheerful attitude that made my stay even more memorable. It was an absolute pleasure meeting him and the team. I look forward to returning soon!
