Not family friendly, disappointing
Repetitive food on the buffet throughout the whole day. Not toddler friendly- limited kids menu, no kids menu at the restaurants. At the weekend the hotel is overcrowded and unpleasant, very noise and staff are overwhelmed to provide a good service
Great stay with older kids
Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed our experience. However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. Families traveling with babies should note that there are no baby bathtubs available, which made bath time quite challenging. Additionally, we requested an extra blanket, but were told it would depend on availability. Unfortunately, the receptionist never followed up with us, so we were left without an update. Improving communication and offering basic amenities for families would make the stay even better.

Nice moment with family
Just spent 1 night / 2 days at Riu Turquoise, Le Morne and it was amazing. The beachfront location is stunning, rooms were clean and modern, and the staff were super friendly and attentive. Food at the buffet was great with lots of choice. Perfect for a quick relaxing getaway. Would 100% recommend and stay again Incredible views of Le Morne Brabant, beautiful pools, clean rooms, and the all-inclusive made it easy. Service was warm and welcoming. Stayed one say only, so didn’t get to try everything, but it felt a bit rushed. Overall a fantastic resort for families and couples looking for beach + relaxation. My stay at Riu Turquoise was truly excellent from start to finish. The resort is beautifully maintained, with modern facilities, spotless rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile, making us feel valued throughout our stay.
The food exceeded expectations, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options at every meal. The restaurants catered to different tastes, and the quality was consistently impressive. The pools were stunning, providing the perfect setting for both relaxation and fun. The entertainment team also did a fantastic job, organizing engaging activities during the day and enjoyable shows in the evening.
Overall, Riu Turquoise offers outstanding value for money and is an ideal destination for couples, families, and friends alike. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a memorable holiday and would gladly return in the future.
