A Memorable stay.
My family and I had a lovely experience during our two nights stay. Our room accomaodating three adults was spacious and clean with the balcony facing the sea, which is what I had requested for. Food was plentiful with lots of variety. The jacuzzi was a big highlight for us being warm at all times. On our second night, we were disturbed by persistent beep sounds, called reception and got an instant intervention to fix the problem. Staff were nice and a special thanks to Mr Akhil Mahadoo who promptly accepted our request for a late check-out. Thanks also for the lovely cake on a stone platter for a double celebration- birthday and wedding anniversary.
Just a few gaps in an otherwise great stay: 1) We were three persons occupying the room but the glasses, cups, etc were for only two persons. 2) A free bottle of water at the dining tables was surprisingly and disappointingly missing. Cap screwed glass bottled water was at our disposal freely in the room and the same type could have been easily served at the dining tables.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Mauritius Resort & Spa. The breakfast and dinner buffet offered an excellent variety of fresh and delicious food every day. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The resort also offers many enjoyable activities, making the stay relaxing and fun. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend this resort. We look forward to visiting again!

Successful conference and happy stay
We hosted a conference at the Hilton, it was a trmendous experience. Nisha and the hospitality team were the epitome of professionalism and warmth. Everything ran so smoothly and the personal touches made it more memorable. We stayed in the hotel, the restaurants are exceptional, especially Ginger Thai and Kesari, the rooms were comfortable and generously proportioned, all the staff without exception were warm and genuinely friendly. The hotel and its grounds are in perfect condition and truly exquisite! I had a wonderful pedicure with Katie at the lovely spa, it looks recently renovated, and it smells heavenly. I highly recommend this hotel for events and holiday

Real 5* Hotel and Staff
Everything about our time at the Hilton Mauritius Resort and Spa was absolutely fantastic. From arrival to departure we experienced nothing but the best in customer service. A warm welcome, professional and courteous Hilton staff throughout and brilliant rooms and grounds. The food was also excellent, with an extensive and delicious buffet for breakfast and dinner and equally tasty food at the other a la carte restaurants. The bars, the pools and the beachfront location really make this the perfect place to relax and sample the best in life.
All the staff were excellent, but particular mention to Marvin, Rashika and Hoonesh in reception who were all extremely helpful and went over and above to make sure our stay was as special as possible.

Such a nice stay
We had a great stay at the Hilton. The hotel was excellent, but what really stood out was the staff. Eva and Thomas welcomed us with a smile and were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Small gestures like that really make a difference and made us feel at home. Thank you both for your kindness. We would definitely stay here again.
