A beautiful peaceful haven with all the amenities you would expect.
A luxury hotel on the beach . It has everything you would expect, 2 pools, it’s on the beach with water activities, a gym and a spa . The rooms have recently been renovated, and are light , airy and spacious. Meals are buffet style and offer different meal themes each night. What sets this hotel apart from many others, is the care and attention of the staff and it’s beautiful peaceful gardens . Even when full, there is a sense of tranquility. A wonderful place to relax

An Unforgettable Stay
We had a wonderful stay at this property and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the beautiful location, beach access and surroundings to the quality of the rooms, food, property cleanliness and overall facilities, everything came together to make our stay truly relaxing and memorable.
What really stood out, though, was the hospitality. The entire team was warm, attentive, and welcoming without ever being intrusive. There’s a genuine sense of care here that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive.
A special mention to Ishvari from the Guest Relations team, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. She has such a warm and welcoming personality, and the conversations we had with her made us feel genuinely valued and looked after. It’s those personal touches and moments that turn a good hotel stay into a truly special one.
Ishvari made us feel like more than just guests, and we really appreciated the warmth and kindness she showed us throughout our stay.
We absolutely loved our time here and would be very happy to come back. Highly recommended!

Great location, and staff, the mass buffet and ding is good, but under staffed, and takes some time to find your way around.
Atmosphere… nice but some really bad music choices at the beach and pool bars. Could benefit for some chilled, and relaxing tunes.
Rooms: all good, garden rooms a cut above and worth the extra, with two toilets! One for me and one for her! Boat trip was good value. And fun. Escape to black river for Thai and Italian food, by Uber! Ouspaorn, behind Food lovers, was great, for Thai. The Italian opposite side of the road was brilliant too!

Beautiful Hotel Stay
We stayed from the 22 Sep till the 27 Sep rooms 208, 209 and 210 Good location nice beachfront. Front desk staff very polite and welcoming. The hotel it self was amazing to stay at. I was there with my family for a week, weather was nice and sunny. Rooms nice and spacious. House keeping was nice Gayatri was always on top keeping our rooms nice and clean and always asked if we needed anything. Now the best was the chef Raj Dhillon, he made the most amazing indian vegetarian food very kind gentlemen and always asked if everything was ok he went out of his way. Different meals eveyday I coudnt fault him. However there was a wide choice of different veg and non veg on the buffet menu which the rest of family enjoyed., Adrian was very helpfull at brakfast time, everyday he saw us and welcomed us with a nice smile and always would ask if everything was ok. Sofitel you have good understanding staff. See you again.
