Maintenance Issues abound
Food is quite good, except the coffee at breakfast is a 2/10. The resort has many maintenance issues some borderline on guest safety. Electrical safety needs a good audit. From a professional there are many electrical safety issues that would not be tolerated in most countries. I was surprised at how many cats call this place home. I don’t mind cats, but they shouldn’t be at your table at meal time.
Excellent value, great hotel and recommend
The hotel setting is gorgeous, well kept gardens and two lovely pools (although never saw anyone in the pool near the restaurant/bar!) Very impressed with the variety of food on offer - and the grilled meats were delicious if the range of curries and other options didn’t hit the spot! All inclusive package highly recommended as drinks and cocktails were good quality. We celebrated a 60th birthday and everyone went out of their way to make it an experience to remember that made our trip - thanks to Ajay and the team for that. The Anelia is well situated for a leisurely walk to the lovely public beach if you fancy a change from the well laid out sunbed terraces overlooking the sea. The man-made snorkelling ‘laguna’ gave up a lovely variety of fish to view. We understand June is the start of the winter season but we had great weather with only an overnight downpour and a spot of rain. Really enjoyed the change on offer at the bookable burger bar for lunch at no extra cost. Restaurant and bar staff were friendly and smiley- sorry I do not have names but again thank you. We met the manager several times who was very clear he wanted his guests to feel like family! We would definitely come back for a relaxed and quality stay which was great value for money all things considered. If Mauritius was a 4/5 hour flight we’d be back before 2026 ends ;.)) Birthday celebration of my mother with beautiful memories created
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team at Anelia for their warm hospitality and impeccable service throughout our three-day stay.
We were extremely satisfied with our room, the wide range of nautical activities available, and the excellent dining experience, which offered a great variety of delicious food options to suit all tastes.
The main purpose of our visit was to celebrate my mother's birthday, and the Anelia team went above and beyond by kindly arranging a birthday cake for her. This thoughtful gesture made the occasion even more special and created a truly memorable moment for our family.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire Anelia team for their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. Your efforts made our stay exceptionally enjoyable, and we leave with wonderful memories that we will cherish for years to come.

Birthday celebration 🥰
I was at the hotel to celebrate my birthday..my 1st time stay..I was surprised with a birthday cake by my family members as well as the hotel staffs. Our stay went on smoothly and we all had a nice time enjoying z foods and the hotel facilities..a special thanks to Mrs Preety who gave us warm welcome❤️
