Lower your expectations منتجع سئ
You have to tip your way to decent service. My bags took 1.5 hours to get to my room in check in. No answer on desk. Had to walk back to reception found my bags in lobby. And that was the entire experience. Below average food, worn down room. They decided to paint the stairs in our 2nd floor room at check out time (see photo) . Make sure to book your “free” sea experiences as soon as you check in as most of them are booked for a couple of days. We were there in “off season”.

Had such a lovely stay at Tamassa Hotel! ❤️ Beautiful atmosphere, delicious food with a great variety, and the staff were incredibly nice, warm and welcoming. Truly enjoyed my time there and would happily come back! ✨

Great staff, good atmosphere and food. However the room is not that cleaned. There are dust behind the bed and on the fan. The windows opening near the wash basin are broken and mosquitoes keep coming in
An amazing time at Tamassa
I have been to Tamassa end of July for the celebration of my birthday along with my cousins and we truly had a wonderful experience from check in to check out.
Upon arrival there was a guy at the reception who did our check in efficiently and professionally . He was very welcoming and make us feel comfortable right from the start.
Furthermore, a special thanks to Akhilesh and Geraldo who was marvellous with us and took great care of us. Another note of appreciation goes to Nishad who always checked on us and make sure everything was fine.
We had a fantastic time and truly appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent service.
Looking forward to spend another time at the Resort. Karene.

We had a really pleasant stay at the hotel. The service was good throughout and the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive whenever we needed anything.
A special mention to Trisha and Edinho, who were both very helpful during our stay. They were welcoming, polite and made sure everything was taken care of smoothly. Their service definitely added to the overall experience.
The hotel was comfortable and the atmosphere was nice, making it a good place to stay and relax. We appreciated how easy and pleasant the overall experience was.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to recommend the hotel. Thank you to the team, especially Trisha and Edinho, for the good service and hospitality.
