The best stay so far!
From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The highlight of our visit was the outstanding service provided by Mr. Kavi at Mercado Restaurant. He was professional, attentive, and always had a warm smile, making us feel truly valued throughout our meal. His dedication to excellent customer service made our dining experience unforgettable. We will definitely return, and it's all thanks to Mr. Kavi's incredible hospitality. Highly recommended!

A big thanks to Mr Kavi, he was very nice and super genuine in his work, thanks to him we had the best experience in the Mercado restaurant. We will definitely come back again. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming.

People makes the difference.
Spent a few days with the family at the resort to relax and have some time together. The welcome was swift and efficient, our luggage were in the room before us. Room was spacious and ready for us.
The outstanding people is what make the place ticks for us. The plantation staff were without a doubt really great- be it Damini ( the bubbly), Vedanta ( the ever present and discreet yet efficient), Yanish or Denison made us forget the outside world and enjoy the moments spent with them. Thank you so much. We also have Dinner at the Mercado- Mr Sam (you are the star of the “Indian” Ocean making the place swing and everyone gets the needed attention and feel relaxed. Hats off seen you cut yourself in many pieces to satisfy everyone.
Will be back for sure. Infrastructure wise the pool is well maintained as well as the greenery- the rooms are getting old and need a revamp.

Amazing Experience
The experience was amazing. Had a very wonderful stay there. The atmosphere, service and everything was perfect. Not to forget the delicious food.
Big thanks to some amazing people who made our stay more joyful- Mr Dinson/ Mr Jarvin Basama/ Mr Harsh and Mr Arvesh.
Amazing moment spent at Navasa Spa as well.
