Wonderful, surely recommend.
Came to celebrate, the experience was amazing, only a few gaps that we were given wrong information by a receptionist but i think she is new, also i think for buffet it could have been better for such a resort But aside this it has been up to his standard Thank you everyone and great work by Mr Bholah.
Unforgettable weekend at Heritage Awali
We had a wonderful weekend stay at Heritage Awali and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The food was excellent, with a great variety and outstanding quality. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained.
What truly made our stay memorable was the warm hospitality of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. A special mention goes to Mr. Ramana from the F&B team, whose exceptional service, professionalism, and friendly attitude made our experience even more enjoyable. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay.

Loved this hotel! We travelled as 2 adult couples, the hotel is set in a beautiful location, with access to a lovely beach. Food was excellent and the staff always polite and friendly. We arrived early and checked out late and were given access to a room for changing/refreshing. The spa was lovely, very much enjoyed our massage. Special mention to the activity team, we used the gym, tennis courts and bikes. We took part in archery and played Pétange with the staff. Stefan kindly came for a run with me as I was unfamiliar with the area. I don’t play golf, but the course and grounds were stunning. We loved our staff and will definitely return. My only comment to management would be the need for investment, the rooms are getting a little dated and tired, whilst very clean then are probably due refurbishing. I also wasn’t keen on the shared toilet facilities by the pool, they were particularly nice and need refurbishing, would also prefer separate male and female facilities. But overall, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you

Great stay
Great location and views. Friendly staff. Good food. The deluxe seaview family room is great, as long as long as your child is nder 5 ft 6 as the single bed is very small. More like a junior bed. Our son (6 ft 3) had to share the double with me whilst my wife slept in the small bed.

What made our stay so memorable wasn't just the beautiful surroundings, outstanding food (the bread and chocolate mousse were unforgettable), or the luxurious spa…it was the people.
A special thank you to Jean-Paul, whose warmth, professionalism, and leadership made us feel genuinely welcome and valued. His attention to detail, together with the care shown by his entire team, turned our stay into an unforgettable experience.
Rather than trying to mention every individual by name, we'd like to recognise the sommeliers, restaurant teams, pool waiter's, spa therapists, housekeeping, and everyone working behind the scenes. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and clearly took great pride in what they do.
One thing that particularly impressed us was seeing how the resort invests in its people. It's evident that staff are encouraged to develop their skills, gain experience across the different restaurants and departments, and build rewarding careers. That culture of pride, teamwork, and opportunity shines through in every interaction with guests.
The highlight of our stay was an unforgettable private dinner in the wine cellar, featuring a beautifully personalised Michelin star inspired menu. It was a truly magical evening and a memory we'll treasure for years to come. The spa was equally exceptional…peaceful, luxurious, and the perfect place to relax and unwind.
True luxury isn't just about beautiful surroundings; it's about how people make you feel. This team delivered that in abundance. Thank you to Jean-Paul and every member of the team for making our 25th wedding anniversary so incredibly special.
