Room 324 – I’ve only been here for two days and have another 10 to go, but I can see that the service is excellent; any requests are handled immediately, and the staff are incredibly friendly and pleasant. I believe you deserve five stars. We’ve traveled almost the entire world, but we’ve never encountered such friendly hotel service anywhere else—truly! The food is great—continental breakfasts—but the dinners are amazing! Plus, you can book excursions here for less than you’d pay on the beach or out on the street! We booked a catamaran trip, and it was perfect 😁. We highly recommend this hotel; everything is clean—spotless, even 😁 Thank You very much!!!

We were really surprised from the quality of the 3-Star-Superior Hotel Le Palmiste in Mauritius. The hotel complex is realy nice and quiet with three different swimming pools. We enjoyed swimming in the main pool. We had the room number 256 in the hotel area "Anthurium". The Hotel room was comfortable and clean with daily cleaning service. The air condition worked very good. We had no moskitos or other insects in the room. We slept very well in the comfortable beds. The food was varied and tasty with a lot of fish, meat and vegetables. At a special corner you got fresh cooked meals directly from the cook. No wish was left unfulfilled. After dinner, there were musical events several times a week.
All hotel clerks were very friendly and helpful. My special thanks goes to Mrs. Poonam from the reception. She helped us with a lot of information about the local public passenger transport system and she helped us with a lot of telephone calls to organize our island trips. She was our Mrs. Troubleshooter. A very special thank you also goes to the hotel manager, who managed our deep-sea fishing trip and who ensured that we were able to receive the T-Shirt we had ordered from the Natural History Museum of Mauritius after all.
This Hotel played a major role in ensuring we will have fond memories of our holiday in Mauritius.

Love this hotel
I honestly love this hotel, even though it’s a 3 star, but it felt like a 4 star with the facilities and service that was provided. The staff and managers all was so professional and friendly and helpful too. Please also thanks the cleaning supervisor Zameer for helping me with my room, he was so helpful with my requests.
A Wonderful 10-Day Stay at Le Palmiste Resort & Spa
My stay at Le Palmiste Resort & Spa for 10 days in September was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, I felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after by the entire team.
The resort offers a relaxing atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, and comfortable accommodation. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my holiday was enjoyable. Their friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a real difference and contributed greatly to the overall experience.
The food was varied and delicious, the facilities were well maintained, and the service throughout the resort was outstanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every staff member greeted guests with a warm smile.
A very special thank you to JP for the exceptional hospitality and kindness shown throughout my stay. JP's dedication to guest satisfaction, friendly attitude, and willingness to help made my holiday even more memorable. It is staff members like JP who make guests feel valued and encourage them to return.
I left with wonderful memories and would not hesitate to recommend Le Palmiste Resort & Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Mauritius.

Magnificent Mauritius
Okay ,It's not 5 star , it's not cold and clinical, it's rustic and homely. The staff are all incredible from management ,housekeeping , reception , restaurant and bar staff.Far too many special staff to name !. Its very laid back and chilled. If you want late nights and parties go somewhere else. The food is varied and tasty. They have different food each night. I had one of the best butter chicken dishes and lasagnes in a while.They have a great singer on once a week and a traditional music and dance night.The hotel is 5 mins from the beach and very well connected to buses .It's about 45 to 50 mins to Port Louis for about 60 pence ! Also the North of the Island, easily reached by bus. We had a great room with a lovely view over 2 pools If you want a party hotel or 5 star luxury dont stay here. Come here for home from home !
