Very disappointing stay at Be Cozy Apart Hotel in Triolet.
We were told on arrival that it is an apart-hotel, not a classic hotel, but even for an apart-hotel, the service level is unacceptable.
The room is only cleaned every two days. Bed linen is not changed daily. We were given only ONE bath towel for 4 days for 2 people (my daughter and myself). To get clean towels, you have to beg for them. It was very difficult to have a minimum of comfort to change or take a shower.
Regarding toiletries: only one small bottle of shower gel / shampoo for 2 people for the entire stay. Even after asking several times at the reception, they promised to bring me another one but never did. I only got one bottle for the whole stay. We had to go and buy our own soap and shower gel.
We were on half-board (breakfast + dinner). Also very disappointing. No buffet. In the morning, you have a fixed choice: either English breakfast OR French breakfast, nothing else. In the evening, it's a set menu: same starter for everyone, same dessert for everyone, and only two main courses to choose from. If you don't like it, too bad. Very complicated with a child who didn't like the options.
In short, I am very disappointed with the comfort, hygiene and catering. I do not recommend this hotel, especially not for a family stay.
Very good experience. Food was nice.
A big thanks to Doris, Seira and Andy 😊for their warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. They are always there to help with anything and make sure you are comfortable during your stay. As repeaters guests they are the main reason why we keep returning because of their friendliness kindness and caring attitude are truly exceptional. A PLACE we will always love coming back to ❤️❤️❤️
The staff is not professional Rs 5000 deposit is mandatory for a hotel ????? Pool out of order making it hard for the kids as there are no activities of play corner
We spent 20 nights at Be Cozy and stayed in a privately owned studio. The positives...it's a modern looking complex and it's just over the road from the beach. The swimming pool is also very nice and there's a seperate adjacent pool for children. The hotel gardens are well kept and there is also a swim up pool bar with nice staff. The negatives...there is a real health and safety problem with lighting around the hotel grounds, having to navigate steep steps with no lighting and bulbs not replaced. One female guest missed her step and fell to the ground. I mentioned it to the staff but they didn't seem bothered. The steps just past the reception leading down to the rooms on the right hand side. There are plenty of staff in the office but i dont know what they do. The area around the pool next to the loungers was also not very clean..two empty glasses and beer bottles left on the table for three days, i eventually asked the barman if somebody could move them due to children running around the area. Surely the pool attendant or staff must have noticed the full table. There is also nothing happening in the evening, no attempt to put on some entertainment or a outside BBQ etc. No happy hour drink promotion. This place has the potential to be so much better but there somes to be a general sense of nobody seems to be bothered unfortunately.
