Excellence service that made all the difference!
We had a wonderful stay at Le Suffren, but what truly stood out was the exceptional level of service from the team.
A special thank you to Duty Manager Geraldine, who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She kindly arranged a late check-out for us and also ensured that our two family rooms were located next to each other, which made a huge difference. Her care and professionalismwere genuinely appreciated. The restaurant team was equally impressive. At breakfast, when the bread had run out, one of the waiters thoughtfully arranged for us to have freshly baked hot bread. It was a small gesture that reflected the team’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, the service throughout the hotel was consistently warm, attentive, and proactive. The team made our stay memorable.

We had a wonderful breakfast at Breakfast Suffren and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
A special thank you to Atish and Arshad, who were absolutely splendid. Their warm hospitality, attentiveness, and genuine friendliness made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and their excellent service truly stood out.
The breakfast itself was delicious. The bread was exceptionally fresh and of excellent quality, and the eggs were perfectly cooked. Every item was well prepared, fresh, and beautifully presented, making for a very satisfying start to the day.
The combination of outstanding food, impeccable service, and a welcoming atmosphere made this an experience we will happily remember. We highly recommend Breakfast Suffren to anyone looking for a quality breakfast and exceptional hospitality. We will definitely be back!
