Great Location
This hotel is at a Nice location with Beautiful surroundings. The hotel has an upscale restaurant and the food at the restaurant was good and thanks to restaurant team for offering us few items outside the menu. There are nice food joints just behind the hotel too. Location is a big plus for this hotel. Room on 1st floor was very spacious. Sleep quality was quite good. Wish there were 1) international power sockets in the room and 2) items like comb, dental & shaving kits, etc. in the room. Nice hotel for a perfect business stay…

Anish at reception is an excellent member of staff with a warm personality and a positive disposition.

Amazing stay! Kudos Ms Saira & Mr anish & whole team
Lovely stay! Can’t emphasize enough on the amazing service of Ms Saira for all her efforts to make the stay memorable. Mr Anish who is always there to cater for our needs, will even go out of his way to make things happen. At front office also Mr Hassen, Fanny & dooshika. This is what makes a place somewhere you want to keep coming back to. Without forgetting Mr Keveen who served us with a smile even though he was under so much pressure. Mr Arvind at the restaurant is very kind & attentive also. Also Ms Kiran in the housekeeping for our turndown service. Last but never least Mr Michael & Mr Mikael who is always kind to us. A huge thanks for the welcome fruit platter & personalised letter 🥰

I would really like to say a huge thank you to Keveen and Rajiv for making my mornings at breakfast so lovely. They genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after and always made me feel so welcome.
Every time I came down for breakfast, I was greeted with a smile and such friendly, attentive service. Their kindness and warmth really stood out to me and made a difference to my stay.
It’s clear that they genuinely care about the guests and take pride in what they do. They are a real credit to the hotel, and I’m very grateful for how well they looked after me. Thank you, Keveen and Rajiv! ❤️
