Conditions for Honeymooners: The travel dates should be within one year from the wedding date and a copy of the wedding certificate should be produced at the time of check-in.

Beautiful hotel and experience
What a beautiful setting for our daughter wedding hotel staff were friendly and welcoming.. an amazing place for a family holiday

What a wonderful resort and place to meet my mum. The resort offers many activities and a beautiful setting. Even though it’s big, it doesn’t feel crowded. The staff are all very friendly, helpful, respectful and kind. I would highly recommend it. Vishal, our room attendant was so lovely. He is very friendly and kind and would leave me daily paper and towel decorations.

We had already spent two weeks in Mauritius before arriving here, and we were glad we only booked 4 nights at this hotel. We stayed on an all-inclusive basis. For a resort of this category, we expected service and hospitality to match, but the staff came across as arrogant and distant, with no smiles and no warmth. We felt like a burden rather than welcome guests. The quality of service fell far short of what you pay for.
The staff also lacked basic courtesy in how they spoke to guests. There was no "please" and no "may I help you?": they addressed us as if giving orders, not as guests they were there to serve.
As for the food, breakfast was the same buffet every day: decent, but with no variety. In particular, there was almost no choice of cheeses and cold cuts. At the à la carte restaurants the disappointment was even greater: dishes were served cold and without any care, to the point that we had to send them back to the kitchen several times.
The cocktails were just as poor: badly made, with no fresh fruit, everything prepared from packaged mixes and industrial syrup with preservatives (benzoate). We even saw the fruit being used unwashed, right in front of us. And ordering a cocktail felt like asking for a favour, because the staff showed no willingness to make them. It's a real shame, on an island with such excellent fruit and sugar, to use only industrial products.
Cleanliness also lacked care: I saw staff pushing rubbish under the buffet counter instead of picking it up.
The evening entertainment was boring, disorganised and had very little atmosphere: without a doubt a disappointment.
Positives: the hotel is well located, the beach is beautiful, and the housekeeping team were friendly and attentive, an exception among the rest of the staff.
Overall, the service fell well short of expectations. In an all-inclusive, food and drink are the essentials, and for the price of the package we expected much more. After two wonderful weeks elsewhere on the island, this stay was the low point of our trip.
I would not recommend this hotel for honeymooners or couples looking for a romantic, special stay.
