Fantastic Setting Let Down by Dated Rooms and Dining
Great location right on the beach, and the staff were very friendly. Given the setting, it’s good value for money, but the rooms and spa are quite outdated and due for a refresh. A few things could be improved: Room & Amenities: The room felt tired and needed redecorating. The hairdryer was wall-attached with weak airflow, and the fridge wasn't stocked with water, plaster coming off the walls and needed a deep clean. Dining & Check-in: The food selection was disappointing and limited. Plus, no information about the on-site restaurant was provided during check-in. Spa: The spa rooms need an upgrade—they use tissue on the treatment beds instead of fresh, warm towels. Overall I would say it was okay for one night but I personally wouldn't have stayed there longer.
Value for money
Thanks a lot the hotel manager to helps us for booking the rooms and we appreciate his responsiveness, without him our stay would have been impossible. Thank you for tarisa team for making us feel at home, from.kitchen team, service team and housekeeping team.Welcoming was very nice, rooms very spacious and hotel is very clean. Food is delicious, not forgetting arvind and theeruven who took care of our food demands as some of us are veg.

Nice hotel, ideally located. Great staffs , yummy food. Rooms and surroundings are clean and well maintained. Thank you Arvind, Ravishand theeruven who took good care of us in restaurants. Don't forget Mr. Director who is always around.

Professional and attentive staff, always smiling and at your service. Very relaxing environment, nice beach a few meters from hotel. Food is very good and tasty. Thank Mr director and FNB team to make our stay wonderful.
Superb weekend
Very good welcoming, nice and smiling staffs and superb atmosphere. Excellent food and room are very clean. Been there 3 times already, sure will come back.
