Wonderful resort set in a lovely garden, offering a high level of service.
A wonderful stay with many options of activities and many nice restaurants at the resort. We would particularly like to express our enthusiasm for the Thai restaurant, Manao. Wonderful settnings, excellent food and the service level is outstanding. The resort staff are all very helpful and friendly, and the entire atmosphere is lovely.
Great holiday, shame the hotel room was in such poor condition
Lovely holiday, just a shame the room condition was so poor and the hotel's response when raising it was sub par. As the hotel was half empty, I cannot understand why we weren't put in another room in better condition, and I didn't make a scene because I wanted no stress and a relaxing holiday.
On the plus side the view is amazing and the food very very good with lots of choice for GF and vegetarian.

A great experience with skilled staff
We enjoyed Zilwa very much going with a group of friends (5 adults and 2 kids) We found that the resort caters for everyone in some way. I particularly enjoyed being able to lay on the beautiful beaches they have to offer and just relax. The food was good and in abundance and the service stood out as one of the winning factors for us. Within 3 days most of the staff we had dealt with knew us by name and would be very helpful and kind. A few names that stood out to us were -Rishi (Indian resturant, prepaired such a special meal for us) -Nitish (Catering manager that would make it his mission to greet and speak to us every morning and after most meals, he made special provisions for us) -Subham ( Our waiter who stood by us through most supper times and breakfasts) -Crystal (The hype and vibe of this place #Aquagym) -Nabraaj (Our favorite and most polite barman/Waiter who would have our drinks ready before we even ordered it, by the 2nd night he knew our drinks of choice by heart) -Miguel (The resorts hypeman) -Iqbal (The man made us such a nice meal on the resorts little island and would give us special attention when it came to our needs.) -Pritina ( The massage therapist)
Over all I must say this place crept into my heart and I see myself making a second trip to here in the future, it is clean, the rooms are spacious and comfy, the noise levels are low and everything is priced accordingly. A Truly Memorable Stay at Zilwa Hotel
We had an absolutely amazing stay at Zilwa Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The food was delicious, with a great variety and excellent quality every day. The service from the entire staff was outstanding.
A very special thank you to the managers Jiovany and Nitesh. They went above and beyond to make us feel like true VIP guests. Their kindness, professionalism, and personal attention made our holiday unforgettable. They did everything they could to ensure we had the perfect vacation, and thanks to them we never lacked anything.
Thank you to the entire team at Zilwa Hotel for your incredible hospitality. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this beautiful resort to anyone looking for a truly memorable holiday!
