The residence is situated on the northwest coast in Mont Choisy. Mont Choisy Beach is 75 m away, just across the road. A bus stop, restaurants, a grocery shop, a bank, a pharmacy and a number of other hotels offering a range of activities (subject to a minimal fee/entrance fee) can all be found in the vicinity. It is 1 km from the village of Trou aux Biches and 6 km to Grand Bay.
The complex consists of 10 bungalows and 5 studios with a swimming pool and garden. The hotel provides a laundry service (subject to fees).
All rooms are well-appointed and come with all essential amenities. A bathroom, satellite/cable TV, a kitchenette, individually regulated air conditioning and a safe all feature as standard.
Guests may take advantage of the outdoor swimming pool.
From Sir Seewoosagur International Airport take the M1 towards the city of Port Louis for approximately 45 km. Drive through the city to quay D round about and take the M2 towards the North for 10.6 km to Pamplemousses roundabout. Take 3rd exit for another 12 km drive on the A13 to Grand Baie roundabout. Take first exit on the left on A4 towards Triolet for 3.2 km then at junction with B13, turn right on road to Mont Choisy for another 1.7 km leading to the junction of Mont Choisy. Then turn left on B38 for 300 m drive past Tarisa Resort, turn left and continue on B38 for 200 m to arrive at Villas Mont Choisy.

Clean and near the beach
This is the third time we have had long stays here. The rooms and,bed are comfortable good hot showers and veryhelpful staff. It is a stones throw from the beach and the resort also its own pool as well as a paddling pool for children. We love the place for its friendlyness and value.

Value for money
We booked an apartment for 4 persons which was clean with a well equipped kitchen. Every morning continental breakfast was delivered in room and daily cleaning facilities were offered. Wifi was quite stable. Special thanks to Dorine who warmly welcomed us and was very helpful. I highly recommend this place which is excellent given the affordable price and ideal location (just opposite the beach).

Below par. Well below par.
We only stayed for 5 hours. It is a dump. Avoid at all costs. I haven't see such low standard since I lived in cheap hotels in the 90s, we didn't even sleep there because of the terrible standard and didn't dare to use the pool, it must have been from the 70s.

My worst stay in Mauritius (of in total seven accomodations)
The location is good, the cleaning staff friendly.
I really looked forward to a five days at residence Villas Mont Choisy. But it was very disappointing.
The standard of my villa was very poor. WiFi works modest at the entrance. There's no signal at all in the bedroom. The shower water was cold, as the fuse had gone. I wonder why, but could fix it.

After 1 night I complained to the manager and informed that I will leave earlier, after two nights instead of five. I requested a refund for the remaining nights. Something which she first rejected and then chose to ignore.
The pool is nice. But if you want to adjust the rest of the pool chair, you're in the wrong place! :-/

Bad behavior towards their client
When I called for the booking the RECEPTIONIST was so rude. I called a few times and they keep ending the call and for the fifth time when they picked up they just said call me at 1pm, im busy right now and they just ended the call , no bonjour no au revoir . I would SUGGEST the front office manager to teach their receptionist how to be a RECEPTIONIST. I work in a hotel too , and that’s not a way to talk.
