Great hotel!
Amazing place to go, the Spa treatments were AMAZING shout out to Zarah from Sea Spa. Food wise, I wish there were different options for breakfast if you were to stay for a longer period.
Very friendly front staff and environment. Restaurant (rooftop) wise, the waiters should be more careful while communicating, there were a lot of shouting amongst themselves and swearing at customers who wouldn't understand creole while having our Breakfast/dinner.
The reception staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The room was very spacious. Location good but sometimes noise from the road very disturbing. Just a short walk from the beach to the hotel . The restaurant rooftop was on top . The reception team was very nice . Jhanvi receptionist did our checkout very nice and friendly and all the front desk staff 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ . The food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended ⭐️
Ocean V – Where the Staff draws your smile with their exceptional hospitality
Small hotel, but we were very pleasantly surprised by its modern design and the overall beauty of the place. It is a primely located resort I must say. The rooms were spotless, elegant, and felt truly luxurious.
The customer service was exceptional from every member of the staff. A special thanks to Asha, who handled our check-in and was our Guest Relations Officer throughout our stay. Suraj, the barman, was an amazing and incredibly friendly person. Last but certainly not least, Hotel Manager Sandiren went above and beyond to make our stay a truly unforgettable experience.
To sum it all up, the staff made us feel so comfortable and welcomed that we were genuinely sad to leave when our stay came to an end.
Amazing and lovely experience
I recently stayed at V Hotel on 7 July 2026, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
The highlight of my stay was the good welcome I received upon arrival. The staff were friendly and respectful, which made the whole experience feel comfortable and inviting. The rooftop views are breathtaking and amazing.
While the service and demeanour of the team were excellent, this is also an area that I felt could be slightly improved with more attention to personal touches that enhance a guest’s stay.
Overall, I would rate V Hotel 4.5 out of 5 stars, and I would certainly consider returning for another stay. A big thumb to krishnee who assisted us to visit the hotel.
Our Anniversary
Our stay was wonderful and we were very impress of the kindness of the team specially Ash, Sephora, Manish and Krishnee. We are mauritian and we have been treated the same way as tourists would have been treated and this was so nice. And of course the hotel is a perfect escape and beautiful. There were wonderful surprises for our anniversary as well...so nice. Thank you so much
