Exceptional service and a wonderful stay
The service is fantastic, and thank you for Yeer for his exceptional service and kindness. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our experience. Highly recommended!
Fantastic food in a beautiful location
This rooftop restaurant is an amazing atmosphere with absolutely wonderful food. The flavours are fantastic and the staff are incredible. The music, the service and beauty of the location combine for a really memorable experience. Veer looked after us impeccably and made wonderful menu suggestions that we’d have never come to by ourselves. A truly wonderful experience.

We had an amazing time at the LUX* Grand Baie! Veer was an excellent host, he showed us a tour of the hotel, and provided us wonderful service at the rooftop bar/pool. I would 100% recommend!

Dreamy honeymoon breakfast at Bisou! Stunning views and exceptional service from Alexandre & Disha. Truly unforgettable!
We are currently spending our honeymoon at LUX* Grand Baie and we are absolutely amazed by our experience here. Since we are celebrating our honeymoon, the hotel has arranged several very special moments for us, including a “Bubble Breakfast” at the Bisou Rooftop Bar — and it was truly unforgettable.
The setting was absolutely dreamy. Having the morning all to ourselves as a couple, surrounded by such a beautiful atmosphere and an absolutely breathtaking view, made the experience incredibly special. The breakfast itself was also delicious and beautifully presented.
What impressed us even more, however, was the outstanding service. Alexandre and Disha took care of us during our breakfast, and we can honestly say that we have rarely, if ever, experienced such attentive, warm and exceptional service.
We would especially like to mention Alexandre. He was incredibly thoughtful, attentive and kind, and you could really feel how much effort he put into making this moment perfect for us. The way he looked after us made us feel so comfortable and truly special. He turned an already beautiful experience into a memory that we will cherish for a very long time.
The entire staff at LUX* Grand Baie has also been exceptionally polite, friendly, warm and welcoming. The level of hospitality here is truly remarkable.
We are honestly blown away by how special our honeymoon has been made and could not imagine a more beautiful place to celebrate it. A huge thank you to Alexandre, Disha and the entire team for creating such wonderful memories for us.
Absolutely unforgettable — and a wholehearted recommendation. We would come back in a heartbeat! ❤️
