Great customer service at the bar and restaurant.
We had an amazing time at the hotel. The service at the bar and restaurant includes how staff greet guests, take orders and keep the tables clean are impeccable. We were a big family group and they arranged a table for us promptly. Thank you for the great customer service.

Amazing time, relaxed, active and all in all good experience. Staff were very friendly.

Wonderful Vibe
We had a wonderful time at Le Mauricia and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One of the highlights was watching the Sega dancing — and, even better, being encouraged to join in the fun with the other guests! The music was brilliant, the dancers were fantastic, and the whole team created such a positive, lively atmosphere that it was impossible not to get involved. It was such a fun and memorable evening. Our waiters were also incredibly attentive and made us feel so well looked after throughout our stay. A big thank you to the whole team for making our experience at Le Mauricia so enjoyable!

Good vibes
Although we didn't stay at the hotel, our cousin special K (Kathleen) who works at the Grand Baie shop arranged for tge sega evening for us. We had an amazing time. Will definitely stay next time we're on the island.
