The Ravenala Attitude is a 4-star All Suite hotel, tucked away in an exotic garden between the Indian Ocean and the Citron River on the north-west coast of Mauritius.
Guests stay in spacious suites, decorated in earth tones with natural fabrics and rattan, providing a simple yet exotic island style atmosphere. Each suite is equipped with balcony or terrace, air conditioning, minibar and plasma TV.
The Ravenala Attitude has 10 restaurants, each with its own identity, mood and cuisine. Half-board guests are offered a dine around” experience in 7 of the 10 restaurants. There are also several bars for cocktails, drinks and evening entertainment.
For relaxation, there is a spa and wellness centre with massage rooms, hammam and beauty salon. Guests can relax at 2 outdoor pools or work out in the fitness centre. Other activities offered are canoeing, stand up paddling, tennis, windsurfing and aqua gym. A kid's club is available.
Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam Airport is 45 km away and airport transfers can be arranged for a surcharge.

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Ravenala Attitude. Hats off to the Mauritian hospitality, warm smiles, and exceptional service. It was truly a memorable experience.
A very special thank you to Mr. Seam, F&B Manager, whose professionalism, excellent leadership, and attention to detail are clearly reflected in the outstanding service provided by his team. He has built an amazing Food & Beverage team that made every meal and every interaction a pleasure.
We would like to sincerely thank Mr. Kirun, Mr. Kelly, Mr. Ashlay, Akheeliesh, Moustache, Nistchal, Vickram, Moz, Rasjini, Sahfick, devi viicrum ahkeel and Shubam from the bar pool team and pawan from the bar team for their friendliness, attentiveness, and outstanding customer service. Every one of them went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well looked after throughout our stay.
A heartfelt thank you also goes to Chef Pillay and the entire team of chefs. The food was exceptional every single day, with an excellent variety, amazing flavours, and beautiful presentation. Every meal was something to look forward to.
We would also like to recognise the young trainees for their enthusiasm, politeness, and willingness to help. They are a great credit to the hotel and have a bright future in hospitality.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with a relaxing atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and excellent facilities. However, what truly made our holiday unforgettable was the incredible dedication of the staff. Their passion for delivering outstanding service made us feel like valued guests from start to finish.

Jean-Daniel Ross and his team Vanisha, Emilie and Nicoel made the utmost for the organisers and participants to experience high-quality customer service; • in the set-up of the Master Class conference room and the sound system which was vital as the courses were both face-to-face and online • The selection of snacks for the breaks which catered both for the health-conscious and gourmet • The waiters during the break time who were helpful and cheerful • The great and attractive buffet offered every day at lunchtime and the delicious birthday cake they made for one of our international trainers
All this contributed: • in creating an excellent customer service experience for our participants • to the success of our event
