This hotel stands at the edge of 1,000 metres of sparkling ivory sands on the north-west coast of Mauritius, in the bay of Pointe Aux Piments of the Indian Ocean. Lush gardens create the perfect atmosphere for a romantic getaway. The hotel's 265 spacious deluxe rooms located in the main building offer views over the tropical garden, which leads to the beach and the Indian Ocean. Beyond simple relaxation afforded by the sand and sea, the hotel offers several games, different sport activities and excursions that range from glass-bottom boat tours to snorkelling and scuba diving.

Beautiful resort with beautiful people.We just left this resort and on our way back to London.What can I say about this resort.The moment we arrived everyone welcomed us whole heartedly.On our first day we were appointed with private butler Kesavan.He was so helpful with all the info about the hotel plus booking our restaurants around the resort.There are 4 restaurants in this resort Nomad,kumin,waves and jade.We tried all the ala carte for dinner and were never disappointed with food .Special mention to meenakshi from jade,Laxmi from waves and all the staff members from kumin who made our dinner every night memorable.And the food in every restaurants is out of this world.Cant say which one is my fav as they all are equally great.Also the cleaning staffs speciall mentioned shrestha (sorry if I have not spelt it correctly)who works in the resort for 21years along with yuvan,Aryan and sahil.they would always leave some cute gits in my room which was like a sweet surprise at the end of ur fabolous days.we booked 2 rooms in the adult wing nirvana which has it own pool and everyday until 5:30 pm you get free soft drinks from the pool bar and from 5:30pm it’s cocktail evening for the guests of nirvana wing.overall our stay was fantastic and we will definitely book this resort for our next stay in Mauritius.I must say that the staffs are the assets of Le meridien hotel.Please Do not hesitate ever to book this property.As a family we have made beautiful memories that will be cherished forever.Thank you Le Meriden ile maurice hotel.

Wonderful vacation

A loveable experience for creating great memories !
The overall experience was wonderful. All the staff was very courteous and always ready to help. The service was commendable and the food was great. Special thanks to Loveraj, Pooja, Roshan, Umesh, Pravesh, Sachin, Sawan, Chef Sachin and Chef Vinod from Kumon Restaurant who were very welcoming and courteous in their service. I would always recommend the hotel for anyone who wants to visit Mauritius.

Mauritius - an amazing stay
Our stay at Le Méridien Ile Maurice was exceptional from start to finish. The resort is stunning, with beautiful surroundings, great facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were warm, welcoming, professional, and truly attentive, making our holiday unforgettable.
A special mention goes to Rachel in the spa, whose warmth and professionalism made it a highlight of our trip. Thank you to the whole team for the wonderful memories.
One issue that I hope would get fixed for other travellers is the shower design, which leaked water all over the floor. Despite this I still highly recommend this hotel.
