Ideally located on the east coast, nestled in the beautiful Trou d'Eau Douce bay, the hotel faces the paradisiacal Ile aux Cerfs, offering free boat shuttles from the hotel jetty, and is also close to the Blue Bay Marine Reserve, well positioned to offer a range of interesting marine expeditions. Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport is situated approximately 49 km from the residence.
Cosy, warm and convivial are the attributes that best describe this hotel, a place where guests, many of them regulars, feel at home, among friends, and would not contemplate going anywhere else. Its relatively small size, with only 58 rooms available, makes for a very special friendly, family-like atmosphere. Fully air-conditioned, it offers a 24-hour reception, a bar, restaurant, Internet access (for a fee) and room service.
The hotel's main rooms are decorated in local style and comfortably arranged with large beds. Each room has a balcony or terrace, looking out directly over the beach and the lagoon. There are also 2 larger family rooms, set back slightly for added privacy but still close to the beach. Their terraces overlook the garden and its lush, tropical plants. The en suite bathrooms in all accommodation are fitted with a shower and hairdryer. In-room amenities include a double bed, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, Internet access, a safe, minibar and individually regulated air conditioning.
A local band entertains guests during the evening and once a week there is a special Sega show, when visitors can discover the music and rhythms traditional to Mauritius in a flamboyant whirl of sound and colour. The hotel offers guests use of an outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace with sun loungers laid out for use and various sport facilities such as windsurfing, canoeing, pedal boating, darts, volleyball, bocce, golf and biking. Entertainment programmes are available for adults.

Very nice
Absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and the overall vibe was so peaceful and welcoming. Loved the rooms it was cozy and filled with great natural light a perfect seaside view and ile aux cerfs. Food was a completely satisfying dining experience and nice breakfast.
The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their kindness made my stay even more enjoyable. Selven the supervisor was very helpful - thanks to irshaad who helped me fix my car’s punctured tyre.Thank you for the great hospitality!

Far away from daily routine with refined and a great place to relax
Adult-only hotel with lovely and peaceful atmosphere and the experience had been outstanding from the moment I arrived until check out. Mrs Karen and Mr Selven have been warm and welcoming providing us all clear explanation about our stay as it was an all in all out package. All other staffs are friendly, and always ready to help.
Amenities are good . . . rooftop highly appreciated, room (couple seafront) is well spaced, clean and comfortable and has everything for a relaxing stay.
Shoutout to the restaurant staffs for their outstanding service, Mrs Reshma for her well prepared eggs in the mornings, other chefs, sous-chefs (can't remember their names) for each and every meal they prepared are fresh, beautifully presented and delicious, to Vishant, Sunil, Avinash, Akhilesh, Deva, barman Reshav who is very skilled at preparing cocktails and other beverages. Quality of food with a great variety of options and attention to details are outstanding, making each dining experience something to look forward to.
Trip to Ile aux cerfs was well planned and our lunch basket was well furnished and on that day weather was sunny and windy but not raining and we spent quite a few hours enjoying the tranquility on the island.
Reducing plastic usage reflects the hotel commitement to a greener environment.
Anyone looking for a calm and smooth pause, Tropical Attitude is the place to be. Thank you to the entire team for making my journey so worthy of being remembered.
