Ideally located on the east coast, nestled in the beautiful Trou d'Eau Douce bay, the hotel faces the paradisiacal Ile aux Cerfs, offering free boat shuttles from the hotel jetty, and is also close to the Blue Bay Marine Reserve, well positioned to offer a range of interesting marine expeditions. Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport is situated approximately 49 km from the residence.
Cosy, warm and convivial are the attributes that best describe this hotel, a place where guests, many of them regulars, feel at home, among friends, and would not contemplate going anywhere else. Its relatively small size, with only 58 rooms available, makes for a very special friendly, family-like atmosphere. Fully air-conditioned, it offers a 24-hour reception, a bar, restaurant, Internet access (for a fee) and room service.
The hotel's main rooms are decorated in local style and comfortably arranged with large beds. Each room has a balcony or terrace, looking out directly over the beach and the lagoon. There are also 2 larger family rooms, set back slightly for added privacy but still close to the beach. Their terraces overlook the garden and its lush, tropical plants. The en suite bathrooms in all accommodation are fitted with a shower and hairdryer. In-room amenities include a double bed, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, Internet access, a safe, minibar and individually regulated air conditioning.
A local band entertains guests during the evening and once a week there is a special Sega show, when visitors can discover the music and rhythms traditional to Mauritius in a flamboyant whirl of sound and colour. The hotel offers guests use of an outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace with sun loungers laid out for use and various sport facilities such as windsurfing, canoeing, pedal boating, darts, volleyball, bocce, golf and biking. Entertainment programmes are available for adults.

An amazing time at a great hotel with fantastic staff
Had such an amazing experience at this hotel that it is hard to summarise. The hotel is great, rooms clean, pool is kept clean and tidy. There was such a variety of food day and night and all allergens listed next to every dish (I have a wheat allergy). Been here for 10 nights and not ate the same dish twice. The staff are so friendly and pleasant it’s amazing. Special thanks to Rashio on the bar and Christophe in the restaurant who both went above and beyond the level of service. Once checking out, the hotel has a departure lounge that has seating, toilets and showers for use once you vacate your room. We were still entitled to the all inclusive meals and drinks from the bar even after we checked out as we had 5 hours before departing. We will certainly be return to tropical attitude and would highly recommend to anybody.

Very friendly and professional staff. The food was good, and the service was excellent. We have a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. A great place to relax and enjoy with your love ones

Everything was fine. From reception, restaurant, all staffs were very attentive to us. The food was very good.
One negative points:- some guests were disturbing in the restaurant with mobile phone doing Video calls. They were lound. May be phone conversations must be prohibited during Breakfast, lunch and diner time.
