Incredible service, the best we have ever received. A big thank you to the whole team, from the reception team to the dining team to housekeeping, to the tennis courts and gym team! Top class - everybody. Excited for our next visit.
Exceptional
We had an amazing stay at Constance Prince Maurice and honestly could not have asked for a better experience.
From the initial welcome and throughout our entire stay, we were made to feel incredibly comfortable and well taken care of.
The staff were exceptionally attentive and genuinely went above and beyond. After just a day, they knew our breakfast drinks orders, which table we preferred for breakfast and dinner, how we liked our eggs cooked and even the time we liked our turndown service. It was all these small, thoughtful touches that made us feel so welcomed and valued as guests.
The dining experience was amazing. The quality of the food was exceptional, and we didn’t have a single bad meal throughout our stay. The staff once again went above and beyond for us, bringing us additional things to try, preparing specially made drinks and always making an effort to accommodate our preferences. The level of service across all of the restaurants was truly outstanding.
The hotel managers were also lovely and made a real effort to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Ehad kindly arranged a day out for us to explore the south of the island, which was such a lovely experience. Santoo was especially kind and always took the time to ask us how our day was going and whether we were enjoying ourselves. It was clear that the staff genuinely cared about making our stay special.
The main pool area was beautiful and very relaxing, and Kiran provided us with excellent care throughout our time there, always making sure we had everything we needed.
The spa was another highlight. It was so relaxing that we ended up going twice during our stay! The tennis courts were also readily available, with rackets provided by the hotel, and the putting green was a lovely addition and a fun activity to do.
The hotel communicates excellently. Before arrival I was able arrange dinner reservations, spa appointments and our airport transfer. The hotel also has an app which shows all of its amenities, your personal itinerary as well as all of the services/activities the hotel has to offer. It was very easy to book using this. The hotel also has a 24/7 texting service which proved very convenient to liaise with staff at any time of day.
Overall, Constance Prince Maurice exceeded our expectations. What really stood out to us was not just the beautiful setting and facilities, but the exceptional level of service and the genuine warmth of the staff. Every little detail was noticed, and we truly felt looked after from beginning to end.
A special thank you to the staff who made our stay so wonderful - Aurore, Kiran, Santoo, Ehad, Pawan, Damree and Sen. We have left with such memories of both the hotel due to your kindness.
We would absolutely love to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and truly special stay in Mauritius.
The Best of the Best...
Our second trip in 10 months to this fabulous hotel. I cannot recommend it highly enough. The service is simply superb and the staff welcomed us back with open arms. We have been to many hotels in different areas of Mauritius now - and this will be the only place we return to without question.
Thankyou for a fabulous stay - keep on doing what you do best - it's amazing. A special thanks to the lap pool team - Sandeep - until we see you again, Lorenzo in the bars mixing our favourite cocktails, Gloria in the restaurant and all the many others who made us feel so welcome and looked after.
I forgot that I did not post this review in January - so I am posting it now as returning for the 3rd time with great excitement next week (30th Aug) I Cannot wait to return - this time with mum who will be visiting Mauritius for the first time and I know this amazing hotel will make her first trip to Mauritius Perfect.

Our Honeymoon experience
My wife and I went to Mauritius for our honeymoon. We went for 3 weeks and every week to a new hotel. The le prince Mauritius was our favorite. The experience was unique with lots of different things to try out. We were positively surprised about how they made the stay feel so personal. The manager Ari invited us for a drink while we had a nice casual talk with him. We also tried some tennis lessons. The younger tennis teacher helped us a great deal. Unfortunately we don’t recall his name. Beside the normal dinner, we also had the possibility for a hotpot dinner or a dinner at a floating restaurant. The best part was the dinner we had in the wine cellar, with just the two of us. The sommelier Jevallee explained us everything we wanted to know and he just made the experience really nice. The food was really amazing as well! My wife can’t eat gluten, but this was no issue, as they prepared everything gluten free. We enjoyed it so much that we also did a wine tasting again with Jevallee later that week, also in the wine cellar. The tasting was paired with some really nice cheese and meat variants. This was definitely one of the most memorable experiences in our honeymoon. Thanks again Jevallee and everyone who made us feel welcome!
Exceptional holiday at Prince Maurice
Exceptional service, smiling people and incredible food. The place is absolutely beautiful, very well maintained and clean. The beach is stunning, the weather was great. I would recommend anytime.
