From the moment we arrived at Preskil Island Resort, the staff were nothing short of fantastic. Every single person we encountered was welcoming, attentive, friendly and genuinely committed to making our stay as special as possible.

What really sets Preskil apart is the extraordinary level of personal attention and care shown by the entire team. Everyone consistently went above and beyond, often exceeding anything we have experienced at other hotels and resorts around the world.

Our stay began with a wonderful honeymoon setup in our room on arrival, a thoughtful and beautiful gesture that immediately made us feel special and set the tone for the rest of our holiday.

However, it was the lengths the team went to throughout our stay that truly left us speechless. We had hoped to enjoy some of the resort's special experiences, including the private lagoon breakfast and a full-day catamaran excursion. Unfortunately, these experiences were already fully booked. At most resorts, that would simply have been the end of the conversation. Not at Preskil!

Rather than accepting that nothing could be done, the team took it upon themselves to explore alternatives, make additional arrangements and go to extraordinary lengths to ensure we could still enjoy these experiences. Their determination to make things happen for us was genuinely remarkable.

This was customer care on an entirely different level. Not simply excellent service, but a genuine desire to create unforgettable memories for their guests, even when it required additional effort and arrangements behind the scenes.

It was also the countless smaller gestures that made such a lasting impression. Staff would recognise us around the resort, remember conversations, take a genuine interest in our daily activities and experiences, and make sure that every aspect of our stay was catered for. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and the warmth and sincerity of their hospitality made us feel genuinely valued rather than simply another couple of guests.

A very special mention must go to Yudish, who truly stood out as an exceptional member of the management team. Alongside three other managers overseeing different areas of the resort, the level of care, attention to detail and personal involvement was remarkable. Their dedication was clearly reflected throughout the entire team.

We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to every individual member of staff we interacted with during our stay. From the management team to the restaurant, bar, housekeeping and all the other departments, everyone contributed towards making our holiday so memorable.

We have been fortunate enough to visit some wonderful places over the years, but the level of hospitality we experienced at Preskil was, at times, genuinely unlike anything we have encountered before.

Beautiful surroundings can make a holiday special, but it is the people who make it truly unforgettable. The team at Preskil achieved exactly that.

What impressed us most was that their hospitality never felt forced or simply part of a job. It felt genuine, personal and heartfelt. The willingness to take that extra step, particularly when something appeared impossible or unavailable, demonstrated a level of customer care that other resorts could genuinely learn from.

To Yudish, the management team and every individual member of staff, thank you for making our honeymoon stay such a wonderful and memorable experience. Your kindness, professionalism, thoughtfulness and genuine care did not go unnoticed and were appreciated more than you could know.

We left with fantastic memories, wonderful experiences and an enormous appreciation for the people who made it all possible.
