Racial overtone and discriminaton
We had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience while dining here on the afternoon of 26-12-2025. While we were selecting a bottle of wine, the service staff (named Manesha) showed us a mid-range option and then remarked to my partner, “I’m just showing you — I don’t think you will take it.”
We had not mentioned any budget or price limits, so the comment felt insulting, prejudiced, and racially charged. It left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome during what was meant to be a pleasant meal.
This is not the level of professionalism or cultural sensitivity one expects from a hospitality establishment. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures proper training so no guest has to experience this again.
Great place to relax in Pointe D'Esny
Great hotel in Pointe d'Esny. Perfect location, great beach, beautiful for snorkling. Nice staff, in particular Lovelesh and his colleagues. Easy check-in and check-out. Superb room with unbeatable view, great value for money.

The only big plus point for this hotel is its beautiful sea views . Rooms are spacious with clean bed linen but the flooring needs an upgrade and the furniture too .There is no service for helping you shift your luggage to the room or phone services to speak to the hotel staff - everytime you have to walk up to the reception for every little thing. If you are visiting with children - it’s better to look for other stay options even if it is for a day .
