Solana experience
Our experience with Solana was great, we had a lovely time with the whole team of Solana it's difficult to just name one or two people,female Lovena, the waiter and male Anesh/ Anish? waiter at Pomelo restaurant was great, unfortunately I didn't get everyones names but Everyone was great,my favourite was how the people of Solana treat the animals ,there is a very friendly orange cat roaming Solana free to pet I hope they keep him & continue to take care of him . I also hope that the food doesn't go to waste , that all the extra foods goes to the dogs in need cause there is SO many street dogs hungry which is very sad. Anu helped us at checked out very friendly.
Great time at solana beach
Hello I had a wonderful time with my fiance indeed very beautiful view from our room I literally hear sea waves from our room I really enjoyed my stay ,excellent food The staff was very friendly and welcoming Will be sure visiting it again ♥️
Excellent Service all round
Excellent management service. Couldnt have been better at sorting out a problem I had on first night. Sparkling rose sent to my room to apologise. Lovely location, fantastic room opening up onto beach. Quiet and having the best sleep so far.
A DIVIDEND HOTEL SERVICE
This hotel is naturally Beautiful, with Palm Trees and every Green. Watching the Sun Rise by the Indian Ocean took my Breath away. I was really impressed also by House Keeping Department. Very Efficient and Excellent Work. Thank you Veena from House Keeping from Always Smiling, Rati, another member from House Keeping Department, for Efficiently Cleaning my room. Oonesh, one of the Waiters, for Exceptional Dining Service. You were voted the Best and indeed you are!. Arun, what can I say? Thank you for making my 51st Birthday Dinner in Pomelo Restraunt a Beautiful Memory. Mimozah, your Waitressing is just Above andcBeyond! Karishma, Thank you for being The First Waitress that served us with a Smile. All was Beautiful except for one particular Restraunt Manager, who treated me and my Son differently. We came a 8 pm, after travelling 24 hours from the UK., and was told "The Dining Room is down there" by a Night Receptionist. We followed the pointed direction and found this particular Restraunt Manager at Pomelo Restraunt. I asked her where do we sit and her reply was "Did you booked?". I answered no and she just walked away like we were not there. We managed to find the main Restraunt, having passed through the busy bar called The Cinamonne. I had to ask where do we sit as there was no one to welcome us, especially being our first time there. We found out it was open buffet and that was how we started to know what to do. Maybe in future, guests should be accompanied to the dining area especially at night, as there's a 5 minute walk between the two places. There should be improvement in welcoming diners especially first time ones. This disjoint between the Reception Team and The Restraunt needs to be corrected. Not many Waiters and Waitresses were Smiling especially on a busy Sunday night on the 27/09 when we arrived. I called one aside and suggested this. She became more welcoming afterwards. I understand you were busy but Smiling is one important Basic in Front House Service. As for this particular Restraunt Manager my words of advice? Please be neutral in your service as I could clearly see how you treated us differently from other diners from different Races. I raised a complaint when leaving and was given hats of your hotel name. But it's not the response I was looking for but an improvement in all areas of your hotel services and for everyone. Lastly Thank you to Jerry and Severine from the Leisure and Entertainment department for live entertainment and sports. Usha, from the Spa Team Thank you for that Mauritius Massage that I so much needed.
