Value
Two weeks at the Solana Beach Hotel, Mauritius. An experience not to be missed.
Just returned from two weeks at the Solana Beach Hotel. We found the complex very clean and very friendly, yes you'll get the occasional bug or lisard around the complex but it is a tropical island after all. We found the rooms very clean and Jayrani our house keeper was fantastic, she couldn't do enough for us, nothing was too much trouble. The serving staff were very attentive and quick with taking orders and delivering drinks. A special thank you to Harry and Abishek who were excellent. All the bar staff and the waiters and waitresses were terrific but too numerous to mention but thank you all for making our stay a very pleasant one. Anousha who was part of the entertainment team was fantastic, organised the day and evening activities and it was great to see some local culture with the Maritian and Indian dancers. Our room was on the ground floor and to open your curtains and look at the Indian ocean and watch the sun rise was memorable, something that we will always keep with us, Would I recommend the Solana Beach Hotel? Definitely.
Pomelo Restaurant
We had our honeymoon at Solana - it was wonderful! What stood out to us was the service, especially at the Pomelo restaurant where Adish served us dinner most nights and made us feel so well taken care of. He is awesome!

We had a lovely stay and enjoyable time in Mauritius. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Veena surprised us with the most beautiful towel arrangements. The food was excellent.
Awesome amazing stay at Solana Beach Resort in Mauritius.
Our room was clean,cosy and very comfortable. It opened onto the most beautiful view of the beach. The staff, especially Shweta from cleaning service, ensured that our room was always neat and clean.
The restaurant staff at breakfast led by Aarti were most obliging and helpful.
The staff at Dinner led by Rita were equally good. They served with a smile and were most gracious.
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel.
Amazing service
This was our first trip to Mauritius it was to revisit areas where my family were stationed and to see the Island that my brother was born on. The staff here made our holiday they went above and beyond our expectations. The view 😍 is just simply stunning and to wake up to that every morning is just heaven. The manager and assistant Manager provided excellent customer service. The food 😋 for me simply put is the best I have experienced in a all inclusive hotel. Rita keep up the good work you put a smile on my face every morning. Andy at the bar 🍸 first class service.Abeshake on the bar we had a lovely chat with you on our last day. Esha great enthusiasm. Entertainment was great fun in the evening. Watersports team are attentive and care for safety. Service here is 4 star 🌟 ➕️. Once the refurb is completed will make it to a 5 star. Thank you for an incredible stay.
