At OneAndOnly our absolute priority is the health safety and well-being of our guests and colleagues. Now more than ever due to the ever-evolving COVID-19 situation we are focusing on our guest experience and ensuring we are exceeding the protocols from the worlds leading health experts including the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention CDC. Please note that on 19 March 2020 the Republic of Mauritius has issued a government advisory closing the border to all arriving passengersl. In addition a mandatory curfew has been implemented as of 23 March 2020 which means that guests will not be able to enjoy the full OneAndOnly experience. Guests can continue to enjoy the resort beach and pools- the gardens and Club One. Dining will be available at La Terrasse and en suite. The Spa and the KidsOnly remain closed.We remain vigilant about the health and safety of all our guests and colleagues without compromising your guest experience.

Wonderful hotel
We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment of our holiday. From the very beginning, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of.
The entire staff was exceptionally friendly, kind and helpful. Everyone we met was genuinely attentive and always willing to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable and relaxing.
Thank you to the whole team for your hospitality and for making our holiday so memorable. We would be very happy to come back and stay with you again. Highly recommended!

Long lasting impressions.
What an incredible stay at One&Only Mauritius. From the moment we arrived, everything just felt special.
The location is pure paradise – the beaches, the views, the whole setting is breathtaking. The atmosphere is calm, luxurious, and somehow still completely relaxed. Our room was absolutely stunning – spacious, beautifully designed, and with those little thoughtful touches everywhere that make you feel properly looked after. Attention to detail here is next level.
It’s quiet and peaceful the whole time, which was exactly what we needed. No noise, just the sound of the waves and that lovely sense of being away from everything. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout the property.
The staff are the real highlight. Everyone is so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind – I wish I could name every single person we interacted with because they all made our stay better. Service is effortless and consistent across the entire estate. All the amenities worked perfectly, and the restaurants left a lasting impression – every meal felt special. The spa was heavenly, and even the boutique was a treat.
For the level of quality and care you get, it feels like excellent value. We already miss it and would return in a heartbeat.

The sublime Le Saint Géran
I’m late to review this hotel and I’m sure it won’t make much difference to the sublime Le Saint Géran. I just want to record my gratitude. Stayed here whilst their 50 year celebrations were held and what a treat. Everything you’ve heard about this fabulous place is true. A little piece of heaven. We love Mauritius and have stayed on the island a few times. This is one place we will be returning to.
