During our stay, we had the pleasure of experiencing some wonderful culinary offerings. My sincere compliments to your Head Chef for the excellent work and creativity. I would like to personally recognize a number of your team members who made my stay truly memorable:

Khernraj, for his outstanding recommendations, especially the “grandmother shrimp,” which was exceptional. Loura, who was the very first point of contact at the airport, setting the tone with a warm and welcoming arrival experience. Shaving, whose constant smile, and positive attitude delivered consistently outstanding service. Ootam, who beautifully described the resort not just as a destination, but as a home where guests are genuinely cared for. Manik, who brought great energy to the sports bar with his humour and shared fascinating insights about the island and his background from Nepal. Veeranna, who ensured I experienced the full breakfast offering, encouraging me to explore even the dessert section, which was excellent. Kiran, who made both the arrival and departure transfers memorable with his calm personality and engaging stories about his childhood, his love for the ocean, and fishing. A very sharp and genuine individual. Micheline, with over 20 years of experience at the resort, her depth of knowledge and storytelling is truly priceless and adds incredible value to the guest experience. Ash and Roshan, true stars of your team whose efforts and consistency never go unnoticed. It was truly a memorable stay, and we look forward to returning again soon.

Our honeymoon was made ten times better thanks to the absolute perfection of One&Only Le Saint Géran. The resort and facilities are breathtakingly beautiful, the fitness facilities are superb, and our glorious rooms truly felt like a home away from home. Leaving at the end of our trip made us incredibly sad. What sets this Mauritian icon apart is the world-class team. Every member of staff we encountered was attentive, but four individuals in particular made our stay unforgettable: Jay, Nitsh, Vicki, and Kamraj. There simply wasn’t enough they could do for us. They anticipated our every need with genuine warmth and are a true asset to this hotel. While we are certain the rest of the team is just as wonderful, these four were the ones we had the most contact with, and they made our honeymoon magical. We also have to give a special mention to the dining. PRIME was hands down the best restaurant on site. We also absolutely loved the breakfast coffee station—the ladies making the coffees there are fabulous! We will definitely be returning to this paradise. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough to all of our friends and family!
