At OneAndOnly our absolute priority is the health safety and well-being of our guests and colleagues. Now more than ever due to the ever-evolving COVID-19 situation we are focusing on our guest experience and ensuring we are exceeding the protocols from the worlds leading health experts including the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention CDC. Please note that on 19 March 2020 the Republic of Mauritius has issued a government advisory closing the border to all arriving passengersl. In addition a mandatory curfew has been implemented as of 23 March 2020 which means that guests will not be able to enjoy the full OneAndOnly experience. Guests can continue to enjoy the resort beach and pools- the gardens and Club One. Dining will be available at La Terrasse and en suite. The Spa and the KidsOnly remain closed.We remain vigilant about the health and safety of all our guests and colleagues without compromising your guest experience.

Our stay was truly unforgettable, every detail exceeded our expectations.
After the demands of our busy work lives back home, this was exactly the peaceful and relaxing escape we needed. The atmosphere throughout the resort was calm, luxurious, and incredibly welcoming, allowing us to completely unwind and enjoy every moment.
The hospitality was simply exceptional. Every single team member we encountered was kind, and genuinely caring. We would especially like to express our sincere gratitude to Baasil and Visham, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more special. Their professionalism, and willingness to help at every opportunity made a real difference, and we are so grateful for everything they did.
A special mention also goes to the Guerline spa team. I absolutely loved the spa experience it was one of the highlights of our stay as well.
Thank you to everyone for making our vacation so memorable. Already looking forward to returning. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality and a peaceful luxury getaway.
A unique O&O experience ♥️
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort in Mauritius. From the moment we arrived, the hosts and staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail.
The resort is beautifully maintained, with lush tropical gardens, stunning beachfront views, and spacious, comfortable rooms at the villa area.
The food was another highlight. There was a great variety at every meal, with fresh ingredients and plenty of local and international options.
The beach was pristine, the water crystal clear, and there were plenty of activities to enjoy, whether you wanted to relax or stay active. Every member of the team we encountered was friendly, professional, and always happy to help.
Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations and made our trip to Mauritius truly memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing island getaway. Especially big families that was spacious stay with 2 to 6 bedroom villas!
The complementary services that comes with the villa booking, such as the game night and snorkeling trip was the highlight of my stay! Aside from this, the spacious villa felt just like home 🌊♥️

The hotel carries its name elegantly and professionally so well,"One & only".We booked the hotel to celebrate my son's 10th birthday and it was the most wise decision we made.The hotel made him feel so special during our stay.Its dedicated staffs paid attention to all the details.I'm a very observant person and the service & attention offered to us were of high standard and same were given to all the clients around us.We were warmly welcomed by the host team and the General manager by surprising us with notes,personalised photo frames,complimentary drink and cakes. upon our arrival.The pastry chef is doing an amazing job.The cakes,even the surprise BD cake were such a delight!we enjoyed it. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to all the incredible staffs who work tirelessly behind the scenes and front house to make every guest's stay exceptional.The hotel itself was spotless and beautifully well maintained.The room was spacious,comfortable,well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay.(kuddos to housekeeping team) Every detail reflected the hotel's commitment to provide excellent service and high standards. The maintenance team deserves a special recognition for ensuring that every facility is clean,safe,and in perfect working order.The cleanliness of the hotel is spotless and the heated pool made our stay more enjoyable during this winter. A heartfelt thank you goes to the all the talented chefs and kitchen team of Tapasake,la pointe,Riva and la terasse(Ritesh,Pawan,Stevi,Dev, Mohamed,Neetin)Every meal was fresh,beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.Their creativity,attention to detail and passion were evident in their dish.My second time to Tapasake and it never fails. Special thanks also goes to these incredible and deserving staffs for their outstanding hospitality namely Rajiv & team,Vinod Ghunowa,Eric,Navin,Mukesh,Kumar, Visham,Ibrahim,the two girls at la terasse for sunday evening,cannot remember the names but they were really amazing as well,they would recognised themselves,Ootam,Dan, Ashbin,Umah,Gutty,Lutchmee,Sam, Pratibha, Urmila,Anoushka,the staffs behind the room decor on the BD day,the lifeguard for watching my son in the pool while I was away to the spa till my hubby arrives. Words are not enough to praise the beauty,its sceneries,its staffs and services of St Gerant. However,more activities at kids club would be much appreciated. To all the staff-whether interacting directly with guests or working tirelessly behind the scenes,thank you for your dedication,professionalism and commitment to excellence.Your teamwork and hardwork create a memorable experience for every guest and your effort do not go unnoticed.I would highly recommend this hotel to others who love attention,want to feel special and looking for excellence,this hotel is your destination with no doubt. I just got home from the most beautiful place in the world matter of fact Im planning to stay in each of the one & only resorts in the world after staying here , I didn't leave for three days the accommodation was catered to my mom after i told them shes have an injury it was a dream thanks to all of the staff there i hope this comment find u and make ur day
