At OneAndOnly our absolute priority is the health safety and well-being of our guests and colleagues. Now more than ever due to the ever-evolving COVID-19 situation we are focusing on our guest experience and ensuring we are exceeding the protocols from the worlds leading health experts including the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention CDC. Please note that on 19 March 2020 the Republic of Mauritius has issued a government advisory closing the border to all arriving passengersl. In addition a mandatory curfew has been implemented as of 23 March 2020 which means that guests will not be able to enjoy the full OneAndOnly experience. Guests can continue to enjoy the resort beach and pools- the gardens and Club One. Dining will be available at La Terrasse and en suite. The Spa and the KidsOnly remain closed.We remain vigilant about the health and safety of all our guests and colleagues without compromising your guest experience.

A Truly Special Stay
We had a wonderful family stay at One&Only Le Saint Géran! The beautiful setting, stunning beach, excellent dining and, above all, exceptional hospitality made our experience truly memorable.
The host team - Rahul, Varun and Micheline were warm, attentive and ensured we felt well looked after throughout our stay. Food throughout the hotel is excellent however, the Japanese restaurant Tapasake is a highlight, Tateere suggested us the best dishes to try and took good care of us. The spa as well is a wonderful retreat for relaxation, and the dedicated kids’ spa is a lovely touch that makes the experience special for younger guests too.

Fantastic experience!
We stayed for four nights in mid October and had a some fantastic days! The lovation is amazing and the staff is wonderful! Our host Ash was so friendly and helpful and made the stay perfect. The resort didnt feel crowded at any time, and it was easy to get a good spot at the beach. The pool is heated, so in the afternoon is it really warm, and in the morning warm enough for long play for the kids. The rooms look better than on pictures. We would love to come back!

An Exceptional Stay – Unforgettable Hospitality!
Our stay at One&Only was truly one of the most beautiful holidays we have ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely welcome, and the level of hospitality throughout our stay was simply outstanding. A very special mention goes to Keshnee, who was absolutely extraordinary. She welcomed us so warmly and went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of our holiday was perfect. She was always attentive, incredibly kind, and genuinely committed to making us feel comfortable and cared for. Throughout our stay, she helped us with absolutely everything we needed, always with a smile and a wonderful attitude. Her personal touch made our experience even more special, and she truly deserves recognition for the exceptional service she provides. One detail that particularly touched us was the effort the team made to accommodate our dietary needs. Although sugar-free cakes were not on the menu, they went out of their way to prepare something special for us. This thoughtful gesture perfectly reflects the philosophy of One&Only: anticipating guests’ needs, paying attention to the smallest details, and making people feel truly valued. The entire team was incredibly friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help. Every interaction felt genuine, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. It is this combination of outstanding service, warmth, and attention to detail that makes a luxury resort truly exceptional. We left with beautiful memories, feeling completely spoiled and already looking forward to returning. One&Only has set an incredibly high standard, and we cannot recommend it highly enough.
