Sylvana is the most kind and beautiful room supervisor ever! The room is perfect just like the hotel! Garvesh night maid is so kind . They suprised us with a pretty message on our bed made of flowers ,it made our day

Great holiday
We came back to Constance belle mare plage because we loved it so much the last time. We were again welcomed by Deeksha, who made us feel like home again, it's because of the warm hospitality of these staff that make us comfortable and special during our stay and make us come back again and again. She not only remembered us from our previous visit but also ensured the check-in procedure was smooth and quick. We enjoyed every single bit of our vacation. Special thanks to Jason from the housekeeping team, we met him and requested few things for our room and it was done right away. The professionalism of Jason stands out the most and each and every time we needed something, we were attended right away. Thank you to all staff members who made us feel like home, Kevin from housekeeping, Neeshal, Fabien, Adrien from the bar, the whole bar team were amazing, entertainment every evening was lively, food was as always perfect. We had a wonderful stay and shall be back again.
Excellent Service from a stunning hotel in paradise
from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the staff couldn't do enough for us, Jason from Housekeeping was amazing, he even arranged a special anniversary surprise in our room, see picture.
The food is out of this world and we decided to upgrade to All Inclusive on the day after we arrived which gave us the option to dine at various different restaurants to make sure it didn't become too boring with the buffet each day.
My daughter especially enjoyed the daily pancakes in the afternoon.
It was lovely having the beach a stones throw away from the room and being able to go between the pool and the sea.
The temperature most days was around 25 degrees and some days were windier than others but it didn't stop us from being able to use all the facilities and my daughter went to kids club most days and with a full days itinerary she was able to pick and choose which sessions she wanted to attend. It's the best kids club we have been too and would definitely recommend a visit.
Thank you to all the staff at the Belle Mare Plage, including Deeksha who was there to welcome us when we arrived. We will be back!
