Cocoon Maldives

Our stay at Cocoon Maldives was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was perfectly organized. The island is stunning, the villas are beautiful, the food was excellent, and every member of the staff made us feel welcome.

A very special thank you to our Island Host, Raaidh, who went above and beyond to make our holiday truly exceptional. He was always available whenever we needed assistance, and made sure every request was handled quickly with a smile. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay.

We also loved the snorkeling, the crystal-clear lagoon, and the peaceful atmosphere of the resort. It was the perfect place to relax and create unforgettable memories.

Thank you to the entire Cocoon Maldives team for such an amazing experience. We can’t wait to come back, and we hope to see Raaidh again on our next visit!

6月29日至7月3日，我在马尔代夫可可尼岛度过了一段无比惬意美好的度假时光。

整座小岛风光旖旎醉人：澄澈湛蓝的印度洋、温柔静谧的海上日出、自带水上滑梯的特色水上别墅、氛围感拉满的落日晚霞与澄澈漫天星河一应俱全，岛内餐饮配套齐全丰富，是休闲度假的绝佳首选。

全岛工作人员服务热情贴心。特别感谢我们的专属管家Adda：登岛首日便细致讲解房型、各个餐厅与沙滩分布，贴心提醒时差差异与浮潜安全注意事项；还主动帮我们预定餐厅、定制生日蛋糕、精心布置客房，为女儿圆满庆祝生日。做事细心周全、专业靠谱，体验感满分，十分暖心。

还要夸赞章鱼餐厅的Saya，她笑容亲切治愈，服务水准出众，牢牢记住了我们所有人的饮食喜好，每次早餐遇见她都格外舒心。7月1日、2日两天的夜床整理服务也做得无可挑剔。

机场对接工作人员同样表现出色，全程行程衔接顺畅高效。协助办理入住手续的女工作人员细心又和善；休息室服务的男生待人热忱，还和我们分享了他在北京的旅行见闻。 整体旅途体验无可挑剔，十分推荐！ We stayed at Cocoon Maldives from June 29th to July 3rd and had an absolutely wonderful holiday. The island boasts breathtaking scenery: crystal-blue ocean, peaceful sunrise, overwater villas with water slides, stunning sunsets and brilliant starry skies. The dining options are comprehensive and satisfying, making it an ideal holiday destination.

The resort team delivers exceptionally warm service. Special thanks to our butler Adda. On our arrival day, he gave us a thorough introduction to our villa, restaurants and beaches, reminded us of the time difference and snorkeling safety rules. He also arranged restaurant reservations, a custom birthday cake and lovely room decoration to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. Thoughtful, professional and attentive, he truly touched our hearts.

Saya from Octopus Restaurant has a lovely smile and provides outstanding service. She kept our personal preferences in mind, which made our breakfasts much more enjoyable. The turndown service on July 1st and 2nd was impeccable as well.

The airport transfer staff were fantastic and ensured a seamless trip. The lady who assisted with check-in was extremely careful and friendly, while the young man serving in the lounge was pleasant and shared his travel stories about Beijing. Overall, it was an incredible and unforgettable experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Cocoon Maldives and would happily return in the future. What truly made our experience super special and outstanding was the service from all the staff. We could name all here but we will summarize with some of them which we had a close support.

A heartfelt thanks to our Host Riyaz who gave us much more than we expected, also being always supportive and pro-active on all our needs. He was always ready to reply providing quick feedbacks. Our Villa cleaner, Hamex, always leaving our room like New and super clean…, Our Restaurant Receptionists Dian and Saya, always kind and smilling, finding a good place to seat…and special thanks also to our Restaurant Manager Ahu who prompt provide all the special requirements and a great organization for the Birthday dinner, and of course a great food variety. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We would also like to mention Amila, who always prepared excellent Eggs Benedict with a smile, and Wasseen, who made the best caipirinhas and was exceptionally attentive throughout our stay.

About the villa: The villa was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with an excellent bed and thoughtful details such as a clothesline in the bathroom, which was extremely useful for drying wet swimsuits. The pool is relatively small, but it was always clean and enjoyable. The cocktails served were also in very good quality.

For families, the kids’ club offers fun and engaging activities, particularly for children between 5 and 9 years old.

In order to provide even more greatful moments, as for areas for improvement, we would have appreciated more simple protein options for children, as many meat dishes were served with sauces. From another side, plain pasta, white rice, and chicken nuggets were always available when requested. We were also surprised that ice cream was not included in the all-inclusive pack, but this was right away solved by Ahu including the ice cream in our menu . Finally, the massage at the spa was very good, offered also by Riyaz! thanks a lot also for the late check out!!!

For extra activities… There are a lot offered… and super fun! But we would recommend to advertise it during lunch and breakfast offering specially to kids Banana boat other activities which requires minimum quantity of people, otherwise we always need to dig for guests to complete the group for the activity.

Overall, we had a fantastic holiday! The beautiful island, comfortable accommodations, and especially the exceptional staff made this a memorable experience. Thank you to the entire Cocoon Maldives team for a lovely stay! You all deserve the 5 stars!
