I would say this is a mid range hotel, good value for money option. We booked a swim up room, which was worth the extra money. It gave us the option of a quiet space to relax outside during the day. Room cleaning was adequate, they came a couple of times, but on consecutive days. Would have preferred it spread out a little. The food was good with lots of choice, although we did find that if we went later on it wasn't as good and dishes were replaced with less apetizing options so the info cards were wrong. Food on Turkish night was delicious. Breakfast and lunch times are more pleasant as it's less busy. We didn't like the food at the snack bar. Service was pretty good across the bars, although they ran out of beer a couple of times and the following day it was warm. I liked the wine but the cocktails were hit and miss. We spent a few days at the main pool and although the team do ask if you want to get involved with activities they don't pester, we both liked it there. Plenty of beds and towels if you want them. The convenience store is expensive so just grab some of the small bottles of water from the bar for your room. We went to Kusadasi one day and went to the supermarket to buy some beer and wine for the room. The Taxi into town is pricey but it is a long way. We booked in at Kusadasi Hamam for a Spa through Jet2 and asked them to drop us at Kusadasi Marina afterwards. For us the biggest issue was the lack of things to do in the evenings. The bars lack atmosphere, and it's chilly outside so didn't fancy sitting outdoors for the entertainment. I would recommend the hotel put on a shuttle bus into Kusadasi, either free or at a low price, say £5 a head, I think people would pay it, and would give adults an option in the evening. We went to the on-site fish restaurant one night, which we really enjoyed and made a change from the buffet. We used the gym one day, there was enough working equipment to get a decent workout and we took part in the Yoga class most mornings, which we liked. I did try and buy some items from the bag shop, I had 2 bags and a purse, so expected a bit of bartering. Unfortunately they weren't prepared to budge, even £5, so I put them back. Overall we had a good holiday. This is a value for money mid range hotel. There are a few issues but nothing really spoiled it.
