We thoroughly enjoyed this holiday first time coming outside kusadasi and we loved it the location is just unreal. The entertainment is excellent the activities during the day with Borat in yoga and zumba he really brings the spirit, Atakan is so funny in darts and throughout the day. One thing that has to be mentioned is Borats card tricks when I say you are left in awe your jaw is definitely dropped!! Overall we loved our stay and would definitely be back.

It was our first time here won’t be the last time. Our room was so big and clean, the food was ok. Animation team and the activities and the night shows they put so much effort into them and really enjoyed each show every night. It is in the most stunning location on the mountains the view is just unbelievable. Borat was amazing, his socks and bandanas really stylish, zumba and yoga every day he really puts everything in. Atakan was very funny and loveable in darts every day and throughout the day too. Would highly recommend to any family group coming as they accommodate them so well.

We haven’t long got home from our first family of 5 holiday abroad. We feel the hotel is great value for money. There was a few things we felt could have been better but also very chilled as to working around it. The vibe around the main pool is great. It’s vibrant and loud and my 3 boys (9,9 and 6) loved dancing to the tunes. The entertainment team are great with the kids and us big kids. They are a credit to the hotel and work tirelessly to get guests involved. I don’t know where they get their energy from 6 days a week.

Food was good for all inclusive. Plenty choice. My boys never complained and that’s unheard of. The 2 bed superior apartment exceeded our expectations and was huge. We had a shower that didn’t drain well and flooded the bathroom but worked around it for the week. We were also only given 3 towels for 5 off us and when I called reception for more we were promised more but never got them so when I went to reception I got very little help (voiced my displeasure to reception staff). Who just told me ‘we agree with you, but what do you expect us to do’ We worked around it by getting a few towels from poolside. That was my major disappointment of the week.

Main pool bar was sometimes busy but I feel guests contributed to that by being lazy by not taking glasses back to bar taking staff away to collect from poolside. Glasses weren’t always sparkly clean but picked up a travel tip from an Irish guy to take your own larger plastic cup. 41 and still learning

We done family massage which was value for money @ €120 euros (30 min Turkish bath for 5, boys cover in chocolate and bubbles, 60 min massage for us parents) and also went to Hong Kong in kusadasi which was good food and brought us into town for the evening. Slightly expensive but when you take off the free transfers there and back it’s more affordable.

I think value for money it is bang on. I would recommend it if you aren’t a person to pick up on minor issues that can be worked around. If you want perfection I wouldn’t go as it’s a bit off that.

We had a great time and enjoyed our week. A bit of TLC required by hotel management to get a better all around experience but if you are ok with not perfection and chill enough to appreciate you get what you pay for don’t hesitate to book.

Between 3 and 4 stars. But the anxiety of some of the reviews before we came were miles away from what our experience was. Not to dismiss them as not everyone’s expectation levels are the same.
