This all-inclusive resort offers all meals buffet style. Local alcoholic drinks and soft beverages are complimentary throughout the day. Five o'clock tea is served daily. There is also a late-night snack bar open until early morning, serving continental breakfast type food and soup. Minibar is filled Daily with water. Please note that Miletos Disco, telephone, cinema and water sports are available at a surcharge. Professional entertainment staff for kids, animations, mini club, children water slides (up to 12 years), water sports and some other services are only available from 1st May. Please note that pool towels are available with a deposit. Not perfect but ignore the really poor reviews
I would rate this hotel at 3.5. I would like to have given it 4 stars due to the effort a lot of people put in but there are a number of factors which let it down. I stayed for 9 nights from 7th October.
Comments - The internet is extremely poor and often fails outside the building.
The lobby bar area is a real positive for the hotel but remained closed until 2 nights before I left, which was influenced by it raining that night although the hotel considered it suitable to open the British pub which is a grotty room outside all inclusive where guests would need to pay for drinks. Not surprisingly this remained empty.
Food was tasty but became repetitive. The hotel should consider theme nights e.g. Turkish, Italian, Curry and Chinese. There were a range of a la carte restaurants which I didn't use, with one visit available during a 7 day stay.
It was indicated that the animation team had been reduced to 5 from a peak of 20. They all worked hard and were very good,
The entertainment was generally good with a 7 day turnaround of six enjoyable professional acts and one in house (Mr Tusan)
There are 3 pool areas with the main area having a bar and snack area. The other 2 are smaller but don't have drinks or snacks available.
My comments may appear negative but minor attention could see significant improvement.

Tusan relax
Very good, varied food, clean, plenty of hotel staff, friendly service, nice view—truly a breathtaking view, a wonderful and relaxing stay.
Many positives, very enjoyable
We are staying at the Tusan right now. Firstly I would like to say that this hotel is fantastic value for money and anyone leaving a negative review must bear this in mind. There are many positives about this hotel, it's in a lovely setting, right on the beach. The sea is beautifully clear, gently sloping, great for kids. We have found all staff very friendly, kind and hardworking. Our room is a great size, really spacious and well equipped. My only issue is the beds are so very hard. Not just firm but very hard. I find this to be an issue in Turkish hotels so I asked for a mattress topper before we arrived. The folded duvet provided really does not help with comfort levels. Please management!! invest in some decent mattresses or proper mattress toppers and your guests would sleep much better! As for the food, we really enjoyed the food. There was so much choice! Decent quality. Beautiful salads, fresh cooked meats, barbecue, huge fruit selection, fab desserts, huge selection of pastries, fresh omlettes etc. We are English and we thought the food choices were very good. I simply cannot understand how anyone would say the food is bad, this is totally untrue. Snacks like toasties, pizza, burgers, chips available. Drinks are OK. White and rose wine is drinkable. Spirits are local and fairly basic. Beer fine. You can get by and enjoy yourself. It's easy to get into Kusadasi, dolmus run regularly and taxis 9 euros each way. I wouldn't say it's worth going to the a la carte restaurant, the buffet in Zeugma is so much better. Beautiful large clean swimming pool, children's pool and the kids splash park looks great We are enjoying the hotel, the staff are looking after us, we are having a lovely relaxing stay. Thankyou Tusan beach, we will be back ( if you get us a comfortable mattress topper, ha ha)

Beautiful scene
Good stay with family all facilities were good we really enjoyed
Tired dated and drinks and food awful so beware
Firstly the positives Great location Beach fantastic Water is clear and sandy so perfect for kids etc Sea view rooms million dollar view Location easy to get to Kusadasi Kusadasi town is lovely Great shopping Spotlessly clean
Negatives The pics on the website were taken 20 yrs ago and the hotel is tired and extremely dated Beds are a joke and mattresses are like stone We had to use the quilt to give it some support Sanitary wear marked and damaged Menu aimed at Eastern Europeans and repetitive Drinks a total disaster ,beer served in plastic cups and always flat Cocktails are at best over alcoholic or tasteless 6 bars only one serves all drinks others are either closed (British bar and lobby bar )or just go coffee and beer Staff are very surly and only a few Spk pigeon English Predominantly Russian clientele Reception staff lie to your face and usher you away like scolded school children Entertainment was outside and at night it was freezing Daytime entertainment non existent
Finally I would say it is def not a 5 star 3 star at a push possibly Would we stay again no as the negative outweigh the positives Also be aware Izmir airport is a joke 1 check in for full plane stood over 1 1/2 hrs then45 mins passport then security smother 45 mins Then on departures prices are a rip off just been charged at Costa £20 for 2 cappuccino s Utterly disgusting Won’t travel this airport again as it’s awful
