Tuntas Family Suites Kusadasi

Bit of a mixed bag I'm afraid. This hotel is in an excellent position being a five minute walk from Ladies Beach and all its restaurants. The rooms are generally clean and the maids do a great job keeping everything shipshape. There is a fairly well stocked shop on the premises. The restaurant and bar staff are extremely hard working as is Ramazan who keeps the pool area and sun loungers up to scratch. He also helps with the luggage and seems to be on hand no matter what the time of day. When does that man sleep?🤔 Our granddaughter Esme loved him.Management and reception staff were always helpful and friendly. Now for the down side. The hotel sits at the top of Cardiac Hill which had to be tackled every night and on several occasions during the heat of the day. We always prevailed though. Previous reviews had mentioned being woken in the early hours by The Call to Prayer from the nearby mosque. In all honesty this did not bother us. What did bother us though was the disruptive ,noisy behaviour by some patrons outside at four in the morning along with children running down the corridor at the same time.This was a minority and the hotel cannot be held responsible for the behaviour of others.

We’ve just returned from our two week stay at Tuntas. This is our 3rd time staying here and already booked up again for next year. The hotel is clean, the staff are amazing from the ladies on reception to the waiting staff every one of them always have a smile on their face. The location is perfect as it’s only a few minutes walk to ladies beach. Although it is situated on a steep hill not to worry if you have mobility issues as there are always taxis outside the hotel to take you down the hill. The rooms are spacious, bed are comfy and cleaned every day. Great value for money. They also have a mini market on site with everything you could possibly need. We are looking forward to returning next year

This was our 4th time to this appartment/hotel. The rooms are nice and with enough space, you can see they make adjustments to the furnuture and everything to keep it up to date. The reception girls were so friendly and really brighten your day. For us the entertainment is really a no go, it is always the same and a little out dated. The rooms are tidy, the cleaning ladies put all there effort in to make your room as clean as possible. The swimmingpool is nice, clean and enough sunbeds. Yes there is a killing hill, but the hotel has taxi service, and if you take the stairs it is not that bad. Poolside rooms are more filled with noise, then the garden side rooms. The sunset view is stunning
