The hotel is set on a hill only 200 m from the sea and offers a superb view of sandy Ladies beach. It is located in a quite area, yet is not far from a range of local bars, restaurants and shops. It is 20 minutes' walk from the centre of Kusadasi and Adnan Menderes Airport is approximately 90 km. Renovated in 2006, this apartment hotel offers a bar, a TV room and a restaurant. Each room comes with a direct dial telephone, a satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette with a minibar. The air conditioning is individually regulated and rooms include a balcony. There is a swimming pool on the hotel grounds, complete with a poolside snack bar and parasols. A variety of water sports activities are also available in the local area for a small additional fee. Breakfast is served in the form of a buffet, while lunch and dinner may be either selected from a set menu or ordered à la carte.

This hotel has made our whole trip the staff at hotel and the manager oskan are so friendly and always happy to help

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE
We two family went to Kusadasi for a week Holiday. Location;- Its 3 kms away from town center, walkable distance from Lady's beach,to go to town center you need Taxi- which is very expensive. Rooms:- Its Air conditioned rooms BUT YOU NEED TO PAY 6 EUROS per DAY TO HAVE Air con in your room which is terrible as its a HOt country ,to charge for AC is something which i cant understand, I never experienced this anywhere in the world. NOICE :- If your room is on the poolside you CANNOT sleep until 1 am as the NOICE level is so much that you cannot sleep. Service :- Service is really good, Staff are friendly. Food;- Morning breakfast is bare minimum, Eggs,bread,cerel,watermelon. Not much variety. Dinner also ONLY 2 option. Not much choice. Overall its not a pleasant experience for us, I feel we have been deceived by not giving full information. WIFI; ITS TERRIBLE YOUHAVE WIFI ONLY IN LOBBY AND POOL> THERE IS NO WIFI IN ROOMS.

Friendly and very helpful
The most beautiful place! Fantastic friendly staff. The rooms were a little dated but they were cleaned everyday clean bedding and towels daily! With the most amazing views We loved it that much we booked to go back on our last day! Yes there’s a hill hence the stunning views it wasn’t a problem for the 2 weeks we was there the taxis were around the corner or waiting outside the apartments for you

Amazing hotel and staff.
Location only 5 minutes walk to all the bars and restaurants. Atmosphere is brilliant in the Tuntas the staff are so helpful and friendly. Daniel the entertainer is amazing with everybody. Ozcan the manager is so helpful. The rooms are big and spacious and cleaned every day. Food is fabulous and the value is very good. Shop in hotel and very good value. Overall brilliant holiday .
