Ramada Resort By Wyndham Kusadasi and Golf

Perfect hotel for family vacations. Quite good place for shopping. Everybody in the hotel are kind and helpfull. Animation team makes every day full of atractions. Especially Jordan, Coco and Spider make your day happy. We had big room with view to colourfull garden and see. Special thanks also for bar service, especially Ismael. The only thing that is missing is the beach close to the hotel, but for us it wasn't the problem.

What a great hotel room are super spacial and clean difrent food every night caters for all, the snack bar through the day was my go to was a buffet menu alone what a great hotel and the staff can not be more helpful would defos come back x

Our honest experience after a two-week stay at Ramada

Unfortunately, our two-week holiday at Ramada left us with mixed feelings, and overall we were far from satisfied.

Let me start with the positive: our room was spacious and nicely laid out, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two terraces. The beds were comfortable and the interior was generally pleasant. The swimming pools were also fine.

However, the biggest disappointment was the lack of proper cleaning and maintenance.

Our room was never thoroughly cleaned during our two-week stay. There was hair and dust throughout the room, and the bath and shower were not properly cleaned even once. We complained to reception, but unfortunately this did not lead to any real improvement. Only on the second-to-last day was the room cleaned properly — unfortunately, far too late.

Throughout the hotel, we noticed signs of neglected maintenance. Some areas look worn and in need of attention, and the gardens were not maintained to the standard we would expect from a five-star resort. The sun loungers and parasols around the pools are also clearly due for replacement.

The staff experience was mixed. Not everyone speaks English well, which can make communication difficult, and some members of staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming. We also felt that the staff were not always properly supervised or guided.

The food was another area that could be improved. The selection was often repetitive and some meals were simply not hot enough. That said, there was usually something available that we could find enjoyable.

One thing we personally found uncomfortable was the large number of cats throughout the hotel, including some that appeared to be unwell. We understand that many people love and care for animals, but we did not find it particularly hygienic to see cats walking around and entering the restaurant.

Overall, we feel that the problems at this hotel are largely related to management, supervision and maintenance. There is clearly potential here: the hotel itself is spacious and has good facilities, but the standard of service, cleanliness and upkeep does not currently match what we would expect from a five-star hotel.

We have stayed in many five-star hotels in Turkey that offered a considerably higher standard, so unfortunately we cannot agree with the five-star classification based on our experience.

Personally, we would rate Ramada at around 3.5 to a maximum of 4 stars, rather than five.

We did our best to enjoy our holiday and make the most of our time there, but when you pay for a five-star experience, you naturally expect a certain level of cleanliness, service and maintenance.

In short: the hotel has potential, but in our experience, there is still a lot of work to be done before it truly deserves to be called a five-star resort.
