Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful and exceeded our expectations.
Today is our 21st wedding anniversary, and we were very happy to celebrate this special occasion here. The hotel provided us with a beautiful and memorable experience that we will always cherish.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the hotel management for their excellent leadership and attention to guest satisfaction. We also deeply appreciate every member of the staff. Everyone was kind, respectful, professional, hardworking, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. Their hospitality made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay.
The rooms, facilities, food, and overall atmosphere were excellent, and everything was well organized. We truly enjoyed every moment of our vacation.
Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality and dedication. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, and we look forward to returning again in the future.
I enjoyed my experience here the food was amazing and the entertainment was very fun. My room was always being cleaned. I would definitely come here again.
I love this hotel, everything is clean and tidy and I have had no issues :)
The food is very good and there are many different places to eat including restaurants and snack bars
The pools are all lovely and the slides are fun, the spa is nice and I am enjoying my time here
My only issue was with the adult pool, because as a 16 year old who was being very mature I got kicked out multiple times even though that was the only quiet pool where i could read because the other pool was really loud
I loved playing volleyball and spider is the best team member!
Lovely meal with excellent service and a great selection of wine. We especially loved the meze and the baklava, which were absolutely delicious. The staff were all so warm, welcoming, and attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.
I rarely leave reviews, but this time I felt it was important to share my experience.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel offers plenty of attractions for children, making it a great choice for families. The staff were generally friendly and helpful.
However, there were a few issues that affected our overall impression. Although the food was tasty, the menu was very repetitive, with almost the same dishes being served every day. In addition, finding a free table at dinner time was extremely difficult and often felt almost impossible, which made the dining experience less enjoyable.
The biggest disappointment, however, was the situation with our lost snorkeling mask. After reporting it missing, a member of the staff informed us that it had been found during the evening pool cleaning and taken to the reception desk. When we went to collect it, we were told that it could not be found.
I spoke with the Duty Manager, who told me that the CCTV footage would be reviewed and the matter investigated. Unfortunately, we never received any update or explanation about what had happened to our belongings.
I fully understand that guests are responsible for their personal belongings. However, once the hotel confirmed that the mask had been found and handed over to the reception, I believe it should have been kept safely until its owner collected it. What disappointed me the most was not only the loss of the mask itself, but also the lack of follow-up and communication after the investigation was promised.
The hotel has many positive aspects and a lot of potential, but I hope improvements will be made to the dinner service, especially regarding seating capacity, as well as to the procedures for handling lost property and communicating with guests.
